Ricker’s bar is back and better than ever. It’s operating under a new name this year: Ricker’s Café American. Same great people, same great service. For those who are new to the scene, the Ricker won’t present you with a tab, but that doesn’t mean the drinks are free. Consider making a contribution to the greater good.

Amazing place nestled in the Jersey woods. The bar reminds me of the Florida Keys and Snowmass on the Mississippi River. Hours vary, if they’re open — go! And remember to TIP the bartender.

A perennial darling in the camping area of the Crawfish Festival, this bar features Makers Mark bourbon and other top-shelf libations. Favorites among the guests at the bar are barkeep Ricker’s almost-world-famous Makers Mark Manhattan and his wife Kat’s classic Old Fashioned. In addition to fabulous libations, craft beer made an appearance at this not-so ordinary hand crafted wooden bar along with nightly tapas(including Kat’s Baltimore inspired BBQ shrimp) and a music selection that is accentuated by a disco ball replete with lighting synchronized to the beat! Without question, this bar takes camping to a new level!
