WOW!

I don’t understand how a cable company (WOW!) can go from great service to no service in such a short time. I’m very disappointed, and I will change providers today. They call you diligently to remind you about your appointment, and then they don’t show up. Three appointments on three separate days over a ten day period. Long waits, no service tech, no calls to explain delays, no follow up. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

When it comes to cable there is no happy medium here. Comcast gives you everything for a heavy price tag and Wow gives you a fraction of that for less. The biggest difference was the son Demand channels. WOW offers substantially less channel options On Demand. No CBS, no OWN, etc. I think that if they offered as everything the prices would go up but I’d be ok with that as long as I was getting optimal service.
Other services are comparable such as Internet and equipment. I just think that until customers are allowed to pick and choose specialized packages that we actually want, it will be hard to find a happy medium with cable.

I have used this internet service for over a year now. We pay $ 50+ only for Internet service, and we belong to the area of Fort Gordon. The customer service from this company has always been outstanding. The operators have always tried to help with all our questions and problems. In fact, you can get in touch with help desk ²⁴⁄₇. I give this business two stars because their price is too high for the Internet service they provide. We always have signal issues with our wi-​fi; the problem did not go away when we plug our computer directly to the modem either. Streaming capabilities are very limited. For example, if I stream school videos from a computer, we lose streaming from Apple TV, Netflix and even our smart phone. It is impossible to use the Internet service in multiple devices simultaneously. We changed our modem once, and they advised us to change it again last time we called to complain. I wish there were another Internet service provider in Fort Gordon (DSL).
