Advenir At Del Arte

I read the reviews and was skeptical about going in and touring. But I am SUPER glad I did.
When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Abimael one of the new leasing agents there. He took me around the property showed me a couple unit and I was sold!!, not only because its a beautiful property but on how amazing his customer service was. he listened to everything I wanted in an apartment and found the perfect one.
I highly recommend Leasing here I know I will. And Definitely ask for Abimael great guy.

The place is very nasty and filthy they keep trash outside the man’s trash is been out there for at least 3 weeks no one has bothered to remove it but I still have to pay to trash bills a month bed railings trash wood on the outside of the complex been there for about a month no one has removed it. People move out and just leave their trash on the sidewalk and no one comes to pick it up.

This apartment complex has recently switched management companies, and since the switch I have been less than pleased. I have lived here for a year and a half and have loved living here up until this past month. The new staff is rude and has completely stopped taking care of the facilities.
The complex includes a 24 hour fitness facility, pool and hot tub, and a dog wash station, which would all be great if they ever took care of anything. Recently I went to go workout and the gym was trashed with garbage, pillows from the pool area, and scattered with free weights and mats. The dog wash station never has clean towels and rarely has soap to use. I have asked staff to take care of this, only to come back to the station in the exact same condition the next day. Last night I went to hot tub in the facilities, which are supposed to be available for use year-​round, only to find a half-​filled green colored hot tub filled with leaves.
There is no point in paying for all of these «extras» if we cannot even use them.
