We went thru the drive thru and they left the chicken off my sandwich. We turned around and they thought it was so funny and said that it has happened before that same day. I would pick a different restaurant.

Staff slow and rude. Have been waiting in the drive through line for 10 minutes as I write this and only 1 car has been served.

I love Arby’s…when I actually get what I ordered. About 1⁄3 of the time they give me the wrong thing. The employees are rude teenagers for the most part. They are always distracted and seem annoyed to have to be there. The drive thru is a 10 – 20 minute experience every time.

The food is good as long as you’re comfortable waiting 10 minutes for it every time. Didn’t know carrying 1 meat and slicing it for every sand which order was rocket science but maybe they have to track down the cow first before they take the time to roast it, who knows. If they were faster I would eat there a lot more.

Slow service is the order of the day. This Arby’s is on par with other Arby’s when it comes to food quality, but you will wait in line longer here than most.

I was pretty sure I’d reviewed this place before. Apparently not. The food is decent. Its a bit expensive for fast food. I’ve dropped in here twice. I usually get the same roast beef sandwich and moz cheese sticks. The first trip I got 1 small marinara dipping sauce. So, second visit I asked for an extra marinara. I got zero.
I’d like to say I won’t return, but I like Arby’s so I probably will.

Awful service from Christian Martinez (shift leader) she was rude impatient and rushed our order, and got the order wrong very unhappy — amazed at her leadership skills the other two people who helped we very nice

This location has always been one of my family’s favorites:) The food is hot, (big plus for fast food) the staff is friendly, and they’re more than willing to fix your order if they got it wrong. No matter what time of day or night it is. I mention this because we were there around closing time once and since it had been a long dad for my family, my dad accidentally ordered the wrong thing. But even though it was pretty late they still fixed it! :D (they also let us keep the wrong one, since it would have been thrown away anyway) :)
