McDonald’s

I must say I am not a fan of McDonald’s but they are great for Mcteacher night as a fundraiser. Today I went into get fliers for our schools night and witnessed the manager Rick get scolded by a parent who wasn’t even in the restaurant when her teenagers were ordering and picking up their food. The teenagers went back to the car and said that he had been disrespectful to them and so she came in screaming at him. I witnessed the whole thing and he not at all not once was disrespectful to these kids but rather trying to teach them not to grab an order before looking at the ticket number. I must say I was quite impressed with how he tried to handle the situation and he even followed up with the parent who then got even more irate and which at that time he asked her to leave the premises. She refused of course. Teaching teenagers is what I do and I can’t believe I parent would not have a discussion with the adult before going off on them when a teenager says they were to being disrespected. I know that I love coming here for the fundraiser and I know now that I will be returning at least for beverages in the future just to show my support. I hope the corporate office looks at Unilocal and sees what a great manager request! He didn’t deserve all of that!

Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit meal with coffee and hash brown! Absolutely great breakfast when I’m in a pinch for time. I’m lovin it!

3:00 in afternoon, no traffic nearby and drive-​thru at McD’s is empty. I pulled right up to drive thru and was greeted in Spanish. I said AGAIN «hi». The young lady said can I take your order? I ordered 2 McDoubles and a medium Sprite.
When I got to the first window which is where I paid the kid who took my money did not know how to make change and called his supervisor and said the registers down how do I make change? The manager gave them a calculator and really took my order then they figured it out. I pulled up to the second window and got my sprite immediately. The young lady poked her head out of the drive-​through window and said can you pull up into one of our waiting spaces it’s going to be just a moment. I looked in front of me and I looked behind me I looked inside the restaurant and they were not busy at all. I said okay I went around the corner parked in there waiting spaces spot. It was almost 14 minutes before I shut off the car and went inside. I went up to the cashier and showed her my receipt and ask her if I could get my food. Her immediate response was I have to get my manager this ticket has been cleared through the drive-​through. When the manager came to the counter he told me the same thing and I stated to him I’ve been waiting outside for almost 15 minutes and never received my order. The cashier and the manager browbeat me pretty bad they didn’t say anything he put the two big doubles in the bag and slid across the counter and walked away. This McDonald’s customer service absolutely 100% sucks. There is a good times on Arby’s and A&W catty corner from this McDonald’s. I recommend anybody that A. is in a hurry B. want some fast food burgers or C. just wants to be waited on to go to these other places.

Although very short handed and having to wait quite a while because of it, employees here were AWESOME and did their best in a bad situation. And also, my apologies for being the guy that asked for salsa when I had already gotten my food with a massive line of cars behind me.

This food is horrible. It’s cheap, but it would be much better to buy natural foods. If you go on Netflix or Hulu there are a lot of documentaries on it being so much better to watch our diet closely.

Service was great. Fries were fresh and hot. Burger was gross… Bun was really dry, like old bread. Patty tasted like it was cooked an hour before, no juice and kind of hard. Good location for little kids because of the indoor playground.

Super fast and very efficient location. My order is always correct and the drive thru line usually moves quickly. This is a busy location no matter what time if day, so as long as you know that you’ll be fine. This location also matches competitors coupons which is awesome. They also have late night breakfast and are open 24 hours a day. You won’t be disappointed with your experience.
