I would give them negative stars if I could. Slow slow slow service. No urgency whether or not you go inside or you’re in the drive thru. Everyone seems miserable and hates their job. One friendly worker. Food is horrible. Looks run down and dirty. Gross gross gross If you’re looking to waste 30 mins waiting to even order, this is the place to go!

This place SUCKS. Every time we go here which isn’t often, You wait longer then necessary and the staff are morons. How hard is it to make 2 burgers with ketchup and mustard? I am allergic to tomatoes I specially told the moron who took my order NO tomato!
We get 3 burgers back after waiting for everyone else who ordered after us get their food first. To get home cold fries and the works on all 3 burgers. Really! So I normally don’t like to bring up the race card but definitely this place waits on their own first.

Not to bad the service is fast and clean and it’s slow but not in a bad way good place to bring kids or looking for a fast lunch can you say $ 5.00

I challenge KFC to find a worse franchise location than this. I have had 3 – 4 trips where the drive-​thru is not only unbearably slow but the employees couldn’t care less. My most recent trip included a 15 minute wait at the drive-​thru where I finally got to the window only to be ignored by all of the employees. I was waiting for two root beer floats but instead of them accepting payment and acknowledging there was a long wait they just ignored me. Not to mention that’s a pretty simple order. I understand problems happen that slow things down but just leaving people hanging is the worst way to handle it. I eventually just left. They don’t deserve a dime. Also hard to forget the time when they gave me a completely wrong food order after waiting for 15 minutes. Beyond unprofessional there every time.

Colonel Sanders would be spinning in his grave! Deciding to have KFC because I didn’t have it in awhile was my choice for dinner. The drive thru took 15 minutes from start to end, no time urgency. Order was wrong and though I checked my food, instead of two breasts I received one breast and thigh. Chicken doesnt taste the same, no seasoning and i don’t mean salt! Also a triangle shaped cookie was tossed in though I didn’t order a box meal. Get home to drink my supposed wild cherry Pepsi, and it was root beer. Service and attentive to details should be examined!

This place looks like its in a death spiral and will be out of business in 6 months.
The only thing keeping it open is that most customers are using the drive up and don’t see how bad things are inside. The ceiling and interior show no signs of upkeep. The tables and floors look like they get cleaned once a month whether they need it or not. And the food sucks. At 5:30 on a week night, the chicken was so old and grease soaked that it must have been left over from lunch.
I like KFC. I hate this place.

The place has cleaned up since they rebuilt it, but I still don’t like eating inside here because it’s just plain grungy. Everytime I go in there are tables that haven’t been cleaned, spilled soda, and the counter tops feel slimy. I have no problem with the food, I often go though the drive through for lunch for my family. We love the one piece filet box meals. Love the food, hate the dine in experience.
