Bad decision again, if a place is empty on a Saturday there is a REASON. 30 minutes, no food no coffee! Their bathrooms are disgusting, all toilets filled with urine and toilet paper, nasty floor… Imagine how VILE the kitchen is! Major regrets coming here. Update: Not only could I hear the waitstaff complaining about their jobs, their use of foul language was inappropriate and defiantly within earshot of my children. BOTH cooks were new, they had no idea how to make any of the dishes. I get it, going out to iHop one should not have super high expectations, but I at least wanted edible food. My pancakes were crumbly and had an odd flavor, my children seemed to like their sandwiches and fries. Their«never an empty cup» advertising left me with one cup of coffee. This iHop used to be an ok place to go for a quick bite to eat that is not fast food. I don’t know if ownership has changed or what. This place has gone downhill big time! Go back home, you are better off with a PB&J.

It took awhile to get our food… But it’s really cold in here. I’m thinking their furnace is out. When the kitchen door opens, we can see that are using a space heater back there. All of the customers have coated on, some have their winter hats on. This is unacceptable. The light bulb in the light over the table next to us is burnt out. As for the food, it was nothing special. I had breakfast, which you really can’t screw up. But my boyfriend had a burger and he said the meat had no flavor. He also said the pickle spear was… dry? That’s strange. How can a pickle be dry? But it was. We stopped here because it was right off the expressway on our route home. Otherwise, I probably wouldn’t have gone. The waitress was freezing, too. She had a hoodie on zipped all the way to the top. She was shaking while handling money. I felt bad for her, as she had to be there longer than us.

I dont even want to give this place a 1 but i have no choice … 2 of the ladys who work here… one hispanic(who always seems like shes annoyed or hates her job) always ignores us everytime me and my boyfriend comes in… never get anything right brought my boyfriend a watered down strawberry lemonade and was no where to be found… so we asked this other white lady tall… older… after we told her it was sour she looked at us confused and said its just lemonade and strawberry… but it tasted like water and strawberry… made us a new one which was good… then gave us the wrong order i should of had crepes but got pancakes… then my boyfriend was going to just keep the other pancakes cuz he got an unlimited amount. And she pick the two right off his plate ! i mean thats gross .we dont know were ur hands have been .then brings more pancakes back… basically the service was horrible and we always come here… theres a younger black girl who works there… shes awesome… i will be requesting her next time.

Cannot even do 1 star as I want a negative 5!!! After several attempts at ordering dinner and being told that the restaurant is «out of that» we finally were able to get some much need food!!! Out of food… isn’t that what they do-…hmmmmm, so our call in order was not ready when we arrived, nor was the order even placed!!! The girl proceeded to get the food ordered and share that she«forgot to place the order– or the cooks forgot to make the order» again isn’t this what they do here??? Food is ready for the table … Wait… This order is a carry out — oh yeah… We forgot that too!!! So we were only able to have chicken and waffles from this restaurant as they were out of many things and lettuce was one of those things — - very extensive menu means they can only make chicken strips and waffles– wow so glad we like that type of food– of course when your hungry you will settle for something hot— Employees say they run outta food every Sunday– open till 10:00 no food at 7:30…

Just left this place. Ordered breakfast and started eating when I noticed many black hairs caught in the steak knife. Made both of us sick to our stomachs! Will never go there again.

Second time in a row I’ve received horrible service. Honestly at this point I wouldn’t mind driving the extra 15 minutes to the IHOP in Oswego rather than 5 min to this location. Let me start off with the fact that our waiter walks up, no hello, asks what we want to drink I order a coffee and water my father orders a coffee and an orange juice and my mom orders an ice tea. We get our drinks and my mother asks about coffee creamers and if they have any sugar free coffee creamers. He seemed confused and kept interrupting her as she tried describing what a sugar free creamer was. She followed up with a question inquiring about their flavored coffee. She simply asked if the coffee grounds were flavored or if flavored creamer was added. She just wanted black flavored coffee. He AGAIN interrupted her and said the grounds were flavored. She asks for it. He just walks away no nod nothing! He comes back drops the coffee takes our order as fast as he could and leaves. Taking a glance at the coffee and was clearly WITHFLAVOREDCREAMER! Did he not pay attention?! My mother wasn’t going to say anything but I’m not paying for something she doesn’t want! We CALLHIMOVER and explain he didn’t listen this isn’t what we wanted he assured us with a «that’s what I told you». I asked for him to take it off the receipt. He was gone for a long time. When he comes back my father and I ask for more coffee seeing as he didn’t leave us any. He rolls his eyes and says«it’s on the other table that’s why» LIKEWEARESUPPOSEDTOKNOW!!! Despite the fact that it took a very long time for the food to get to the table he left other waitresses to check on us and never left the check. The older woman whom I’m assuming is the manager also had a snooty attitude. When we went to pay she have us an attitude like it was our fault he didn’t leave the check! We asked to see the receipt before paying and she rolled her eyes and printed the receipt. I told her we wanted the flavored coffee off. She asked why I told her and she rolled her eyes once again and took it off. HORRIBLE!!! Another time I went a girl decided to give me an attitude when I asked for shelled eggs and not beaters. She laughed at me like I was dumb. EXPECTTHEVERYLEASTFROMTHISPLACE! NEVERCOMINGBACK!

So, ever dream of ending up in a place like this at the end of a night? Me neither but inevitably that what happens. This is not a standard bearer for«breakfast any time places» but at 3 am, you only really have 7 – 11 as your other choice. It is what it is — your basic place to try and get something inside of you to soak up all drinks from earlier. Think of it this way… all the alcohol you drank earlier should kill off the bacteria. Bön appetite!

Getting to it is a little awkward as it is a little set back from the road, but my boyfriend and I always have a positive experience when we go. There are often coupons in the newspaper for a free entrée, so look out for those.

HORRIBLE experience. My wife and I felt like some breakfast-y food for dinner so we decided on IHOP since it is close by where we live. The service was TERRIBLE. First, we had to wait several minutes by the hostess table before anyone even showed up to seat us. Then, once we were seated, it took ages for our waitress to show up. When our waitress finally showed up to take our drink orders, my wife ordered a water and the waitress turned to me and asked«and water for you too?» I politely replied, «no thank you, I would like an iced tea please». The waitress then ran off without a reply. After waiting a full 10 minutes, our drinks finally showed up. As the waitress was putting down our drinks we got ready to order our food since this is normally how things go at restaurants, but much to our surprise she ran off without saying a word to us. Another 10 minutes pass, and by now our drinks are empty. The waitress finally shows up again to take our food order. I order a big steak omelet and my wife orders pumpkin pancakes. The waitress runs off without refilling our drinks. This is where it gets bad… We sit for a full 30 minutes without seeing our waitress. Others tables have their food delivered while we wait — even tables that sat after us. Finally, a manager stops by our table and asks«Have you ordered?» This should be fairly obvious since we were sitting there with no menus, but we politely replied«yes, about a half hour ago». The manager then replies«alright» and walks away. Ten minutes later, the manager comes back and tells us «the food is taking so long because you ordered the steak omelet and it takes this long for us to cook it». Ok, so now it is my fault that my food is late. How DARE I order the steak omelet! Another waitress(not ours — she is missing in action) finally brings out my omelet, and a plate of hashed browns and eggs for my wife. No pancakes for either of us despite the fact that my meal comes with pancakes and my wife ordered pancakes specifically(the hashed browns and eggs are the side dishes)! We call over our waitress to ask about the missing pancakes. She says«oh yeah — the pancakes are coming soon» and runs off. Fifteen minutes pass — by now my omelet is finished, and my wife has finished her hashed browns and eggs. We are sitting at our table with empty drinks staring at empty plates. FINALLY, our waitress reappears with a plate that has three pancakes on them — the ones that were supposed to be on the side with me omelet. My wife asks«and what about the pumpkin pancakes? Keep in mind these were the MAIN part of her meal. Astonishingly, our waitress doesn’t say anything and just runs off muttering under her breath! Finally, another waitress shows up and asks what is wrong. We explain the situation and she brings my wife’s pancakes in a to-go box since we were already finished eating by this time. When we go up to pay, the manager is at the register and asks«how was everything». We explained why we were dissatisfied, giving all the examples I mentioned in this review. Her response? «It has been like this all day — the menu is new so I’m having a rough day today. I’ve been here since this morning. Also, I’m sick — so it’s hard for me to keep an eye on everything, and your waitress has a sprained wrist so she shouldn’t even be out on the floor really». WHAT??? We were still charged full price for our meal, and now we find out that apparently the manager of this restaurant is so ill she can barely keep an eye on the staff yet she is there handling food… Needless to say, we won’t be eating here again.
