Popeyes

Plenty of time to write a review as I sit in the drive-​thru for going on 35 minutes now. They’re either understaffed or just really, really slow. People in the other cars are yelling because we’ve all been here for so damn long, so at least there’s entertainment. Had to lay on the horn just to get someone to take my order, and then was told that they «don’t have a 14 piece»… even though I have a coupon in my hand saying they do. Guess we’ll see what happens if I don’t starve to death first.

Sitting at drive thru for 17 mins now and counting as I write this. Slowest place ever it’s ridiculous. And no. There’s no line of cars at all. Just a bunch of pot heads high as fuck working here. I’m surprised this place hasn’t burned down yet. Employees may be physically present but mentally? They’re out there flying high as a kite and won’t be coming down anytime soon. Worst Popeyes location ever.

Customer service is very important to me. I don’t expect to be treated like royalty, but I do expect a manager to do what they can to make things right after my order has been screwed up. I ordered 4 pies. Two of which were supposed to apple. I realized when I got clear across town, that they were sweet potato! I called the manager and he explained that the flavors are hard to distinguish by sight and that the person preparing the order didn’t know. He told me to come back in and he would replace them. I told him I didn’t live near the restaurant and that I would have to come in at a later date. When I did, I asked for two extra pies for my trouble. He initially refused, I then told him that my request was really not unreasonable in light of everything. He then gave me pies that were dried out on the inside. Unbelievable!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible. They take forever with everything. I’ve had to wait 15 – 20 min behind a car in the drive thru before. My orders have been inaccurate. The workers aren’t very friendly. Just horrible overall.

There was a chick in the parking lot who asked me for a ride to the bus station and got pretty pissed off when I said no. As I was leaving after chicken, she was getting into a pickup truck with a guy who looked like the BTK killer that was doing that slow, creepy redneck laugh, the one that sounds like «hur, hur, hur.» When the lady saw me exiting the restaurant, she shouted, «look who got a ride now, bitch!» and flashed her tits at me. Four. Stars.
