Worst taco bell I’ve ever been to! Dirty And horrible service to top it off. The soda machines don’t even work here

My husband and I got food poisoning after eating here! We went through the drive through at 1:22am on 10÷4÷15(Sat night) and ordered 2 beefy 5-layer burritos, a chicken burrito and a crunchy taco supreme. No one was in line ahead of us. Service took awhile, which I thought at the time might be good, maybe they were making our order«fresh». I woke up Sunday morning feeling sick and was in and out of the bathroom all day, weak, dehydrated — it was horrible. My husband felt weird all day, diarrhea, and got sick later that night. Definitely food poisoning. Will never eat Taco Bell again after this experience.

Not crowded, seems clean for a Taco Bell. Not the friendliest bunch of workers. If you want Taco Bell, there’s no reason I see that this location won’t suffice. I went with three friends, we got a grande combo, 3 meximelts, a cheesy gordita crunch, and a couple other things. Strangely a few of my friends things were missing, so yeah, double check your order. That or I ate a bunch of their stuff. Oops. Sorry Brandon/Zac. If you go to Taco Bell though, you know what you’re going to Get. It will taste delicious, then you’ll pay for it for the next 24 hours. That’s my life right about now. I recommend tums, hydration, Zofran, and bathroom access. Good luck!

The service at this location is slow, slapdash, and extremely sloppy. The staff(the ones who have been there for a while… turnaround appears to be very high) are rude, ineffective, slow(at best) and more likely to be standing around than working while I wait at the drive thru for 20 minutes for a couple of dollar menu items. Given that these employees appear to have enjoyed more than their own fair share of Taco Bell between stints in rehab, this doesn’t come as a surprise. The new kids are always nice enough, but I never see the same one twice. I assume that this is because the experience of working at this location scared them enough to put them on the path towards higher education.(Inadvertent philanthropy, perhaps?) Also, I had to politely decline to «pull around to the parking lot while [they] finish[ed my] food», as they made me do this last time and I never got my food. All in all, I’m not expecting gourmet when I go to Taco Bell, but I do expect to be given service that doesn’t make me regret an already gastrointestinally regretful food choice. Get a better staff, clean up your location, and emphasize customer service. Then, maybe, I’ll come back.

This visit to Taco Bell, my first in about a year, was originally supposed to be a visit to the Guadalajara Mexican Buffet which I went to the next afternoon. I had originally wanted to go try the buffet but finished yard work too late to give myself enough time to eat before they closed at 9pm. I still wanted Mexican-style food however … Taco Bell is also within walking distance and stayed open later. I had originally hoped to think ‘outside-the-box’ with the buffet, but instead ended up thinking outside the bun only, and staying well within the box: Taco Bell’s Big Box Meal. I ordered their Big Box, a Pintos and Cheese, and a Volcano Burrito. Unfortunately even after confirming twice with the guy at the counter, I was presented with a Cheesy Potatoes and not the Pintos and Cheese I had requested. I didn’t even realize this until I had walked all the way back home and opened up my bag to start eating. The Big Box meal was reasonable, as far as Taco Bell can be. The Chalupa, taco and burrito were decent, and as always the churros were crispy sweet and cinnamony. The volcano burrito was a bit disappointing however as I was really hoping for something tastier and spicier. Not even 4 packets of Fire sauce fixed this. I did notice a new sauce however, the Verde sauce. One packet tries to hopelessly pronounce this in «American» for you: «Vur-day»… Sorry guys, verde has a lot more of a rolled rrrrrrrr. «Vehrrrr-day» would be closer. Fortunately the taste of this Verde sauce was better than the humor on the wrapper. As I didn’t get the meal I ordered, but the food quality was as one would expect from the ever-present institution of Taco Bell, eh, it was ok. I cannot explain in words just how much better the Guadalajara Mexican Buffet was the following afternoon. I do try in my review however :)
