Stride Rite

I will be back soon! I came here to exchange 3 pairs of shoes that I bought online. I ordered the wrong size for my little guy, so I came here to exchange them. They didn’t have the exact same shoes that I was exchanging but offered others that were similar. The selections were great and the employee helped us out tremendously. She knew her shoes like the back of her hand.
My mom was also looking to buy a pair of «frozen» boots for my niece and the employee suggested this new boot that they offer and I was very impressed by how knowledgeable this person was. I can’t remember the last time I’ve walked into a place and the employee knew every answer to every question. I would say stride rite is doing a great job or this employee is doing a great job and being knowledgeable in what they have to offer. She was never trying to up-​sale us or pushing a certain brand/​kind. I walked out with everything I came in for and then some. I’ll be back here if I need shoes for little feet.

I had a fantastic experience here over the weekend. We need to buy our little guy his first pair of non soft sole shoes. Maria was incredibly knowledgeable and guided us on his size and what shoes would work best for his wide feet as he learns to walk. The store is extremely busy and cramped (the whole mall is pretty crazy on the weekends) but we had a very good experience.
Prices here are not outlet prices, FYI. Exact same as online or any other Stride Rite store. The day I went they were doing Buy One Get One 40% off (which was the same offer on
.) But, when you need fit help, going to the store is essential.

Took my little guy (5 years old) in for some new gym shoes… service was not very good when I arrived and I finally had to walk to the register to ax for some help.
The young girl who came over was very nice and patient and she measured his foot for me… hey did not have his first choice in his size (Spider Man)…or his second choice… but did have his third.
I was surprised how good the price was… and in the end it was a good experience!
