Great customer service! I just got 4 new tires using the Falcons discount. They helped me pick out tires that were good and also met my price range. Super friendly and did a great job!

Updated Review: As noted below, I went back to Kauffman to check my tire quality and get an oil change. The guy who checked me in was very pleasant and said that they could get to my car shortly. One hour later and they hadn’t even moved it from the parking spot. You could see the frustration building for the customers ahead of me; impatiently pacing. People were coming to pick up their vehicles and being told they were not yet ready. I knew I would not get out of there anywhere near the time they committed to. This is a poor way to run the shop. I would have much preferred for them to tell me that it would be a very long wait or ask if I’d like to schedule an appointment over them having me waste an hour of my time and still be no closer to getting the car services I need.
Kauffman Tires is a happy addition to the Austell area. It’s a new, clean and well-​ran location. My truck had a tire with low air pressure. I went to these guys to check it out. They found that I had a small nail in the tire and fixed it for FREE! I will definitely go to them from now on.
