I always enjoy going to Kohls. They always make me feel like I’m getting a ridiculous deal… Even though their merchandise seems to be marked up– A LOT. But the way they advertise it, you feel like you’re getting an amazing deal. The only reason I didn’t give this Kohls location 5 stars is because of their returns/exchanges department. Don’t get me wrong, having to return/exchange something is always a hassle, but this location makes it MUCH more difficult than it should be. The employees working haven’t been trained very well, and the process takes FOREVER. it easily takes 15 minutes longer than it needs to. Aside from that– it’s a good kohls location and I will continue to be a customer.

Sale price of 50% off an item which is 200% overpriced. Thats if they have the item at all.
Try to order something online, thats an excercise in futility! If you can get a live body Cust Serv Rep, even they acknowledge wrong price versus add. Couldnt do anything to help, but at least confirmed they were screwed up.

They have recently a renovated this store! It’s about time they did that! It looks modern and the lighting makes it look brand new. Even the dressing rooms have been renovated! I also love the coupons I get along with the $ 10 instant off coupon’s I get every so often! Way to go Kohl’s!

I love Kohl’s!!! They always have coupons and discounts that you can actually see the savings. Sometimes the coupons are 15% or 20% off your total or I also find in the newspaper $ 10 off $ 30. I have never been in the store and not had a coupon. Besides the savings, they are always nice and helpful when I’m there. The price checkers around the store makes it easy to get clearance prices. From shoes to clothes to toys, I can always find what I am looking for.

I was pleasantly surprised. I do the majority of my shopping at mall department stores and never really considered Kohl’s. My husband got a tip from a friend that they have a pretty good selection so we decided to check it out. I was impressed. I expected something Burlington-like but the store was huge, very well organized, and clean on par with the Macy’s at Cumberland. My husband was able to find a large selection of big and tall clothes and made a few purchases. I look forward to going back to check out the women’s clothing section and will update my review after.

I’ve been a Kohl’s fan for several years now. They remind me of the Upton’s stores we used to have here in Atlanta (remember those?). They have great sales and a good selection. However, when I went yesterday I was upset to find that they’ve all but eliminated their Petites department… what used to be a rather large section has been whittled down to about 3 or 4 rows. Hopefully it’s only this one store and not all of them.

this is a pretty good store allthough the clothes can be al little to fancy for my likning. i usulely try on more clothes here than i end up bying. theres more than clothes here though. they sell shoes towles and holiday things. they put there holiday stuff out REAL early. once i even found a nice Minesota Gold Gophers sweatshirt — where else can you find one of them around here?
