They are perfect salesman of crappy shoes. If you return something, they are devils.

I come here often because of my girlfriend and her obsession with shoes. I have bought her shoes from this place and quite often they break easily. The staff is sometimes great and sometimes zoning out in the corner and not very helpful. The only thing I love about this place are the benches they have since they allow boyfriends like me to have a place to sit while we wait.

I’m so surprised about the other reviews of this store! I went in last night to try on a pair of shoes that I had already shopped for online. Both of the sales associates approached me and helped me, and even though they didn’t have the size I needed in the color I wanted, they helped me order it (no shipping charge!) The shipment arrived this morning — less than 24 hours after I placed the order, and the shoes are super cute.
Great service, good product, and overall a fantastic shopping experience.

Shopping for shoes should be a fun experience. If you’d like to put fun in the same sentence as your new purchase of shoes, don’t go to this Aldo Shoe store. The staff if extremely rude and IF you can get their attention to wait on you, they act like they are doing you a favor. Oh, and by the way, don’t complain to the manager about it, this person is one of them.
While I realize this is a chain and I have never personally had a problem with their shoes in the other seven states I have purchased from, what I do have a problem with is poor customer service. My money spends other places.

I have been shopping at ALDO since my first purchase 5 years ago. Overall I have been pleased with what I have bought. They always have some really cool boots I wear with jeans, and even some I can wear with a suit. Besides other fun shoes to wear whenever. The styles are always great, and the comfort is always questionable, but not that bad as to where I can’t wear them.
So I am writing this review in regards to this store from my most recent purchase. I had bought a new pair of boots, and some shoes. This was about a month ago, and when I was in Seattle last week wearing my boots, I thought my foot felt wet. When I had got into the conference room i looked at the soles of my shoe and realized they were cracked in two places on each foot. I was needless to say upset as I had only had them for a month, and was unsure what the excuse from ALDO would be on fixing this. I went in there yesterday, without receipt since I couldn’t find it. When I got there the girl at the door said I would have to check with the guy in the back, as she was unsure what the policy was on this. When I got to the back, he was unsure as well, and told me I had to wait for the manager to return, and would only be a few minutes. So I decided to sit and refrain from buying some more shoes. When she returned she helped another person, then was told about my situation. I explained to her I had bought them a month ago and was shocked to see this happen as I have many other ALDO shoes for years and still in good condition. I told her I just wanted to exchange, not return. She asked if I had a receipt, and I said not with me, but might have it at home, or I could get all the info pulled from my AMEX statement. She said that I couldn’t exchange, and no refund without a receipt, but if I could get the info she would be able to find the receipt internally and help me out.
I was happy because she was still «can do» about this and not telling me she couldn’t do anything. She didn’t have the shoe anymore in the store, but did say she could order this. So she placed the shoe on order for me, while I went home to search for the receipt or provide more information on the date of my purchase. Luckily I still had all my bags from that days shopping and found the receipt in the Banana Republic bag. So needless to say, I was very worried that I was going to get screwed, but the Manager was great on solving the problem and making me happy. Now I am just waiting for my shoes to come!

Ummm, can I get some help here please! I felt like Pretty Woman or something. No one would help me! In fact, I don’t even think they had any employees working there.

I love shoes. I love shoes more than coffee, and I LOVE coffee! I love shoes at Aldo Shoes. I bought a pair of funky, silver, sexy sandals two years ago. I thought they looked too Charlie’s Angles for me, but the salesman convinced me to try them on. I bought them and wore them out of the store.
I would shop there every day if I could afford too!!!
