Good selection of clothing. Clean store. Polite workers, although sometimes they seem a bit shy. Clothing is fantastic quality, although the prices seem to be a bit higher than what you might expect; dress pants range from 80 $ — 110 $ and are rarely on sale.

I never write reviews. I signed up for Unilocal because i read the reviews and completely disagree. To preface this… i usually go into this store after work… visably sweaty with a backpack. The sales people that work at this location are beyond professional… they are always super sweet to me. They are always ready to help out and are so courteous reguardless what i look like. It made me upset these employees are getting a bad name. I’ve never been to another location because i love this one.

This store could have gotten 5 stars but Starbucks and Trader Joes ate up their parking spots. On a cold yukky day I wanted to view their spring collection, they have a small petite section which is a plus, many of their stores do not, their shoes even come in small sizes. They had some killer shoes for spring and summer. I even like their junk jewelry which is classy. Sales staff helpful and the store is spacious, nothing really of a wow factor that wanted to live in my closet, will return next time I’m in town.

Terrible customer service! I purchased some shoes online and wore them out to dinner, and over the course of 3 hours, they rubbed a blister on my feet. I tried to return them to this store and they would have nothing of it. I had the receipt, and had just purchased the shoes 3 days prior, and they wouldn’t return them, exchange them, give me a store credit or anything! I asked to speak to the manager, and the woman said she WAS the manager and that I should have read the return policy prior to purchasing the shoes. Normally, I don’t return shoes, but I don’t think I should be stuck with shoes that I’ll never wear again. She wouldn’t even discuss any options with me, which I think is poor customer service. I will not be shopping there again!

Let me start by saying I love everything AnnTaylor– except this store and its– «ASS-ociates». I went in over the weekend, the store was basically vacant except the 4 employees present. I was in there for 10 minutes, WITH an Ann Taylor shopping bag, but no one said«boo» to me. Finally an associate asked me if I needed help. I explained that I needed and ensemble for a big presentation and said I would like something like she had on, which was pleasing to the eye and could be worn with low heels. She brings me several selections that neither matched in color, nor were they like her own outfit. After that, she, nor any other employee asked if I needed help. Just sad. I also noticed that their selection is nothing like the Barton Creek store. It seems that they get the left-overs. I ended up going to the Round Rock Factorey Outlet store where I found an on trend outfit and better service. Do better Great Hills!

This is one of the rudest store anywhere. I keep giving it chances and it keep disappointing me! I walked in and no one greeted me, walked around, spotted 2 sales associates and still no greeting. I continue to check out merchandise, they walked by me and still nothing. I walked out and one associate did not say anything, no thank you for coming in. it’s only online from now on. It did not help that I have written corporate before, all I got was a 40% off one item as a sorry! May be it is a management issue, or I did not walked in with the right look. t’s and shorts get no service, all dressed up with bling will, so you can make your own decision!

I like Ann Taylor a lot. This store could use some help in the nice helpful employee category, but their clothes are the best. Pricey, but worth waiting for a sale… and hopefully they still have your size. I will never understand why all the sales stuff is size small or less. Oh yeah… that’s because most people aren’t teeny tiny. When will stores get a clue?

Typcially I have nothing to say about the sales ladies here, but yesterday I went in looking for a pair of black pants. A specific pair, and you could tell that I was. One of the sales girls looked STRAIGHT at me and just flat out ignored me. Which is fine because I won’t be shopping with her. So I went up to the register to get help from another sales lady, who was so kind and willing to assist me. Funny thing, when the helpful lady went to the back to check on sizes. The rude sales girl came up and was already to ring me up like I was ready to be checked out. You know I let the helpful lady be aware of the old young lady, who will be clearly stirring very clear of me in the future.

Wow is this where sales associates go to die? The store itself is large and filled with great items. But if you ever need someone to help you, good luck. I walked in and was not greeted or acknowledged. I waited 10 minutes for someone to help me, and when someone did finally help me she painfully had no idea what she was doing. I felt like I was dealing with a zombie. No pep in her step, speech, or face. You’d figure with their high end merchandise they would know a thing about customer service. Negative.
