I received a belt as a gift for Christmas from Rewards that was the wrong size. I returned it for an exchange for the right size. After looking, they didn’t have my size in the particular belt I wanted. They offered to have the belt I wanted custom made. Since I didn’t live in Austin, they kept my buckle, installed it and shipped the belt to me within a week at no charge. Now that’s service! I’m very pleased. Thanks Rewards.

Have bought a few buckles/belts from Rewards. Perhaps the best crafted buckles I have ever seen/owned. I travel all over the world and shop almost everywhere. Over the years, this outfit stays very clearly in my mind as the best. Very friendly too…

I’ve been a customer for probably 20 years. They stand by their products and offer top-rate service. You are a person and not just a sale. Over the years I’ve bought boots, buckles, belts, and jewelry. I have been amazed at the longevity of some of their staff, which is pretty uncommon in retail. They are doing something right.

My fiancé, Riley, has a ‘Signature Sterling Silver &14kt. Gold Monogram Belt Buckle’ from here(cost $ 795) it has his initials and his gorgeous. His dad got it for him as a gift a year ago. I noticed Riley wasn’t wearing it… so I asked why. Turns out it was because the belt itself was all messed up(he had been cinching it it incorrectly — you need to put it tight once then put the belt through the loops, don’t keep cinching it up which damages the belt). So we stopped by the store to get a new belt strap for the expensive buckle to go with. The owner, Russ was there and we told him we needed to buy a new belt — he suggested bringing in the old one so that he could try and polish it up/fix it to look good. So today I brought in the belt secretly without my fiancé to get it polished. Russ wasn’t there though… but his wife was. She looked at the belt and said same thing about not cinching it up and replaced the belt free of charge and gave us a smaller size stating that that was probably part of the problem, even put it in a gift box. I had no problem paying for a new one to start with! but I was so impressed with their customer service. They stand behind their products and care about the customer, not the sale. I will definitely be making all my luxury purchases(belts/wallets) here for years to come. Rewards is the real deal and will stand behind their products and cares about their customers. Their belt selection is huge by the way.

The best place in Austin and Texas(the whole USA?) for fine belt buckles. Russ and his wife Claudia are courteous and very helpful. The other fine handcrafted items(cufflinks, money clips) and jewelry are beautiful. I love this place — its probably the only store where I splurge on expensive stuff. I love my Longhorn belt buckles!
