Don’t plan on ANYONE in this store asking you if you need help, went in to purchase a new case… I had 3 sales associates stare me directly in the eye and it was as if they’d been instructed not to speak to customers! I’ll stick with The Domain.

Worst experience at an Apple store. We took in my husband’s iPhone after it was having problems with the battery draining within hours of being charged. The apple genius we had took the phone, ran a diagnostic and then proceeded to lie about what was causing the phone battery to drain. Flat out lie to my husband who has a PhD in computer science. Sorry genius, but you know nothing, an app crashing every once in a while is not going to drain a battery of that size and we’d appreciate it if you didn’t talk down to us. Nevertheless, we didn’t get a replacement but we did waste an hour of our life.

Stuck up girl with dyed hair & red iPad needs to learn how to actually do her job with out moaning and being unprofessional. I went in to see what they could do about a wall charger for my iPhone 5 working only at certain angles. She said it could be swapped out for free if my phone was still under warranty, I said well can’t you look it up, she was a bit annoyed that I was forcing her to do her job instead of just sitting back relaxing. She rudely told me to pull up my settings for the serial number, I gave her the phone so she could do her job, since she’s being paid to be there. She looked it up and happily said my phone was no longer under warranty and I could buy a charger instead. At that point, her attitude was just so deplorable, I simply ignored her and walked out of the store. I definitely won’t be bringing my business to this location, I’ll just stick to their location at the Domain, where their staff seems to understand what customer service is.

If I could give an Apple store less, I would. I went in because my Macbook retina pro was shutting down completely while I was working on deadline. 5 times in one day, so, I went in, they had NOTIME for me, there are about 20 people working in the store. None of them are«qualified» to diagnose or even help me. So they make me an appt at the Domain store for 5pm. I take it. I’m politie. I go to the Domain — sitting an hour in traffic to get there. And guess what — my appointment didn’t SHOWUPONTHEIRSCHEDULE!!! Explain to me how I saw her enter my time in Bee Caves, and yet, in Domain, it wasn’t there? They told me to come back at 8:30. So I’m stuck at the DOMAIN for 3.5 hours. I sit at Glorias and wander around. So mad, wasting my time, I’m on deadline, and I can’t work. I go in at 8:30 only to have some guy walk out from behind the back, plug my machine into one thing, HITGO — and diagnose NOTHING! He says, you can either pay us $ 400 – 500 to keep it here«for a few days to see what we can do if we can replace small parts, but, you might have to send it back in, and that will cost you $ 1500.» THENEW version of what I have is $ 1500. This is my WORKMACHINE. I don’t have time for this. We are a start up. I unplugged my machine from his sweaty little hand, and said, «well, I guess I’ll be buying a new machine from you tomorrow. Thanks for waisting literally an entire work day for nothing. The Genius Bar is a damn sham. And a shame. No one else can’t be «trained» to plug in diagnostics? This is ridiculous. Apparently, you just have to buy a new $ 1500 machine every two years. Where can I get on the leasing program? I HATED that my entire day was wasted by them setting me up a false appt then making me wait. Traffic is so bad in Austin, I had no other choice than to sit at a mall the rest of my night. Never again.

What else is there to say? It’s Apple. It’s awesome. We love it.
