Steer far away from this dealer. My husband has purchased a vehicle from the owner Craig. He financed him a 2004 Honda Accord. When my husband paid his final payment as listed on the contract Craig contacted him to tell him that he had accessed 40 late fees on to his account and that they could «work something out». 40 times $ 25 is $ 1000.00. Each month this owner collected the payment from Angel and not once mentioned to him or provided him with any statements of a past due balance. Instead he decides to review the account when he will no longer be getting any more payments from us to come up with this outrages amount owed. Craig is a very unprofessional and should not be in business. I can only imagine how many other people he has done this to. I feel that everyone needs to know. I have emailed him asking him why he never notified us of the balance however he keeps avoiding the question. Please stay far away from this place and it’s owner.

I can’t believe this place has no reviews yet. When my friends are looking to buy a used car in Austin, I never recommend anyplace else.
Craig is amazing and an upright, honest guy. Combined, my family and I have bought a total of seven cars from him, ranging from a Honda minivan to a Mustang. He always finds us well-​maintained cars within a reasonable price range. He has an attached maintenance garage, too, so we always took our cars back to him when the cars had issues. He’ll never try to BS you, he’ll just tell you exactly what’s wrong and what it will cost (and many times, he didn’t even charge me past the parts required). And if the issue is something he’s not equipped to fix, he has plenty of contacts in the Austin area and will send you to someone reliable.
When I moved from Austin to Chicago, my biggest regret was losing Craig. If you’re looking for a used car, call him.
