Austin Move Out – In Cleaning Services

Scheduling and payment processes are spot on. However, the cleaning services left much to be desired. I feel like this was a complete waste of time and money. The ceiling fans weren’t dusted, there was still hard water spots in the shower, none of the cob webs were removed from the corners or the walls and ceilings, and there was streaks of cleaning solution left in the toilets, just to name a few. I’m not quite sure what they did clean. Oh, did I mention this first crew brought their dog with them inside my home, without my permission!
Just as advertised, they sent a second crew out when I explained my dissatisfaction. I saw absolutely no difference when they finished. NOW, for the kicker… the second crew that was at my home CALLED THE POLICE ON MY DOG FOR BARKING. They said they couldn’t clean with the barking. Are you kidding me??? The dogs were in the backyard! Needless to say, I would urge you to consider another company to clean your home. The cleaning crews are the epitome of unprofessional and honestly, your ten year old child could do a better job.

I called needing a deep move-​in clean on a deadline for a large property I manage. This company was prompt and after I gave detailed information on the property, I was quoted at $ 550.00 and scheduled for two days after that initial contact. The following day (the night before the cleaning was scheduled), I got a call back from another person at this company. I was told by this second person that I was given an incorrect quote, that the work I had requested could not possibly be done at the price I was quoted. She gave me a second quote of $ 880.00, which not only was significantly higher than the first quote, it was significantly higher than every other company I contacted afterward. I ended up canceling the scheduled service, which was very inconvenient, since I was on a deadline. I would not recommend this company.
