I had a good experience with them. They worked with me on payment and they did a great job on installation.

They installed my hvac unit. Did a bad job. To start things off, the installers were 6 hours late and left about 10 minutes after they arrived to go get lunch. They returned and got the new system working but failed to complete the job. A couple of months later someone showed up to finish the job. Workmanship was questionable. When it started leaking a few months after the installation, there were endless missed repair appointments. They promise you a time that their technician will be at your house and after calling with several excuses and making new appointment times they finally DO NOT show up and then never call back. They are quick to answer the phone and promise quick service, but their technicians are an irresponsible bunch of slackers who could never work for a company that had an standards for service.
