Austin’s Habibi

I have NEVER been treated so poorly over the phone when calling in a food error. I ordered over 50 dollars worth of food, and when it showed up wrong, and things that I payed EXTRA to have were’t there, I called to ask for the correct order. The man blatantly refused that an error was made, despite the fact that I have photos of my order proving him wrong. He then tried to blame me for not putting on the order what I wanted; again I have pictures that prove otherwise. Then I was told that the man who made the food was «standing right next to [him] and he said he did.» Well, as a teacher and someone who works with youths, I can tell you with 100% certainty that as soon as someone says, «They said they did» you can rest assured that they are lying. It is rather fortunate for them that they are closing for the night within the next 10 minutes, or they could rest assured they would have one very angry woman up in their faces.

we ordered on grubhub and it was the best falafel we have had. great spot for that. the habibi fries were good too.

Now in addition to soliciting fake reviews the restaurant or their friends are sending me harassing messages. I didn’t like the food and it is poor service to refuse to redeliver missing food so you can send me all the harassing messages you want I’m not changing my review because of intimidation.
