I owe my healthy lifestyle to Herb and Sheldon! This dynamic brother duo whipped me into shape. I feel like Herb and Sheldon are part of my family. They take you as you are, no matter how out of shape, and motivate you to get into shape!
I attend their group classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00pm and Saturday mornings at 8:00am at Austin Can Academy (2406 Rosewood, Austin, 78 702).
During every workout, they tone your entire body and give you a great cardio workout.
Check out their website. In addition to group classes, they also offer personal training sessions, which is how my boyfriend decided to get into shape. They welcome people of all fitness levels. They find ways to support those that are out of shape and challenge those that are in shape.
