BLO & GLO

When I am in Austin, I always get my blowouts at this BEAUTIFUL dry bar. Every stylist I’ve had is good, but they DO book up so make an appointment.

Wow! I love being pampered and the ladies at Blo and Glo were so good at this. Greeted by friendly staff and taken back right away. Iliana was my stylist and she and I chatted before my appointment to discuss style. She was super helpful as I couldn’t make up my mind. I had a blow out/​style and my make up done. Both exceeded my expectations. It was so nice to have my hair and makeup looking perfect for my big night. Thanks to Christina for the extra special touches and to Iliana for nailing it’

Love this place! The owner, Christina, is fabulous and so professional. The services are fantastic, the place spacious and upscale. I really enjoyed my experience there and highly recommend it to others. Top quality.

Christina and her staff are fantastic. By the way if you are looking for an eyebrow wax or tinting, this is the place to go. The treatment rooms are lovely and the facial waxing is as painless as possible. I left feeling like a whole new woman!

Beautiful space and very professional staff! Love coming here for a blowout and a glass of prosecco before a night out! They have other great services too. Will be back soon.

I went into Blo & Glo for a facial and a Keratin express treatment for my hair. I scheduled the facial because I had the worst breakout I have ever experienced. Within just a few days after my facial, my skin cleared and I was receiving compliments on how wonderful my skin looked. The facial was very relaxing and extremely effective. I scheduled the Keratin express here, rather than with my stylist, because I wanted to be able to walk out with beautiful hair. At my salon where I get my hair cut, I have left looking as if I had Crisco in my hair after Keratin treatment. I was extremely impressed with the high level of customer service and care I received. BLO & GLO is a beautiful salon that I look forward to going back to!

I love going to Blo & Glo! I’ve had a different stylist ever visit and left feeling gorgeous. The stylist takes time to understand exactly what you are wanting. The products they use are gentle on your hair and lasts for days, even after washing it at home. Overall, friendly staff and amazing services!

I’m so happy this place opened up in north Austin!!! Great perk for the employees at 2FA. The ladies love going to Blo & Glo and come back to the office looking beautiful and in great spirits!

I went to Blo & Glo and was blessed to have Jacey Hamilton do my make up for a Halloween Party.
I want did half theatrical Halloween make up (skeleton) and half glamour and I was blown away by Jacey’s talent. I looked amazing! I looked better than I had anticipated not to mention she was extremely sweet, professional and a pleasure to talk to.
She ended my session by giving me a few small samples to reapply w through the night.
Loved her!!!

I had Jody do permanent make-​up for me and I absolutely love it. We did eyeliner and eyebrows and I cannot tell you how much of a difference it has made. It came out so natural you would never even know it was permanent make-​up, it just looks like I’m ready to go 24 hours a day. I love it! And I love Jody too!

I went to see Jody at Blo & Glo for permanent make-​up (eyebrows and eyeliner). She was gentle and thorough, always making sure that I was comfortable and knew what to expect. I love the results… makes a huge difference and looks natural at the same time.
The salon is clean and contemporary, and the staff was friendly and accommodating… and plenty of parking!

I always have and always will follow Mr Chase Williams anywhere, so going to see him at his new place of employment, Blo & Glo Hair Salon, was/​is a no brainier. All I needed was a blowout, but with Chase it’s never an average anything-​except try AMAZING!
While there, I met the owner which is somewhat of a rarity I am finding around Austin. Christina (owner) is a doll. Apparently, she is one heck of an aesthetician with facial and makeup service. She was very familiar with both of the skincare after products that I am using per my aesthetician, both the Viktoria De’Ann Peptides & Rhonda Allison skincare (I cannot live without these & I believe that these are offered here). If my aesthetician actually moved too far to drive, I would definitely go to Christina. She has pretty affordable rates and what appears to be some very happy customers. However, besides seeing Chase, I will stick with hair for my services there-I’m pretty lucky to have made such good friends with my aesthetician that she give me a 3-​hour micro-​current, oxygen facial PLUS for $ 50. That’s hard to beat, but nice to have made such easy friends.
Again, as far as all services go, they are all reasonably prices. I don’t think you would regret going to see any pro @ Blo & Glo. Christina has great skin, and don’t we all want someone working on our skin who looks Ab Fab? Go check em’ out!!!
