Some of the best customer service professionals I have ever worked with; and as office manager, I deal with A LOT of customer service folks. The technician came out (even without us having a contract with them), quickly surveyed the damage on our recently donated printer, and gave us an honest answer about how to move forward with it.
I would gladly recommend the Austin Technology Group to anyone who has printer issues.

They were courteous, efficient, on time and willing to work around my schedule. My old Sharp copier had a fuser problem. They diagnosed the problem, gave me repair options and fixed according to my wishes. They could not have been any better. If I ever have a repair issue again they are the ONLY company I will use.
