Buffalo Wild Wings

I only gave this BWW one star because I am sitting in the parking lot as I am writing this review, I waited 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. The one person who came out from the back was a manager – woman with highlights. She came out because a man was enraged with how long he waited for 10 wings. When she was done I assumed (being a manager) she would say «hey have you been helped?» Rather she looked at my boyfriend and I and walked away. I would expect that out of a common employee but a manager who has been (I’d hope) trained in customer service would have helped us immediately. Instead i had to approach her and I told her I had been waiting and I walked out in front of her. I didn’t even have to order food to realize how TERRIBLE this establishment is. I also am a HUGE fan of BWW and after tonight I’m more than likely never returning. Instead I went to wingstop down the road. Management needs a wake up call in this place…

I refuse to eat in an establishment that does not support my constitutional rights to conceal carry. They have a neo-​political sign displaying they «ban guns» on the front door. Do as you may, but $ 0 from me ever again.

We are here on a Sunday so I understand it is busy but it has been 15 minutes and there has been no sign of our waiter.
Edit: Finally got the manager to come over. He took out order. Got our food 30 minutes later. My kid never got hers. This place is just terrible.

Was in the mood for some great wings. Caribbean jerk sauce does not disappoint. But having no Splenda sweetener does disappoint. I had to substitute a Diet Pepsi instead. Uggh. The wings were flavorful, big, but not hot. My salad had all great ingredients but was not cold. I am not a fan of room temperature lettuce. I bought it home and put it in my icebox. My French fries were fresh and hot with a light sprinkling of cheese. I added my own salt and pepper.

My husband and I went to this Buffalo Wild Wings the other night. I ordered the Jerk Chicken Sandwich with coleslaw and a spicy Bloody Mary!
It was Delicious! Our server was very attentive to us. We will be back again!

While our waiter was great, this place was just blah.
The food… We got the tailgater sampler and it was less than good. The pretzels were about the best thing, and that’s not saying much. We ordered spicy garlic wings and pretty sure we got less than mild. Couldn’t taste the garlic or the «spiciness». The jalapeño peppers were over cooked, maybe even left over from previous night, as well as the pita chips.
The establishment just felt plan dirty. You could see splatters on the wall from previous spills and the leather seats had rips all over them.

Our server was great but the food was below par. We decided to go here instead of pluckers because pluckers is usually packed and has a wait for hours. We really wanted to watch the longhorn game so we ended up here. We started off with the cheese curds recommended by our waitress. They were okay. Just a less fried version of cheese sticks. The sauce was good though.
We then got chips and queso. Bad idea. It tastes like canned cheese and the beef was horrible. The chips were good though…
I then got the Parmesan garlic wings. No no and no. They called it a sauce but it was drenched in this awful tasting paste.
Service was ok. Food was gross. Go to pluckers.

Always has the most awful service. I’m sitting in here now getting shitty service with an empty drink.

Have been coming to this location for a couple years now for lunch because its near my work, as well as my wife’s.
I used to come here a lot, but over the last 6m or so, things have been going downhill in terms of service, timeliness of food being brought out, and just overall how I feel about my meal after handing over my CC when getting my bill. I can definitely tell they have fairly high turn-​over, as all of the staff seems to change from month-​month. So after prefacing my background with this place, I want to lay out my last experience on why I am giving 1 star to a place I will probably go back to because it at least has the potential to be good.
So I order their boneless wings with Wild sauce, my wife orders traditional w/​mango-​habanero… about 15−20m later, she gets her order and I somehow get a basket of bone-​in wings (traditional with what looks like mango-​habanero to be exact). So I look at the waiter and ask, «I thought I ordered boneless and this sauce looks like its mango-​habanero and not Wild…». He looks back at me, «I thought you asked for bone-​in wings and that is Wild, not mango-​habanero. You see the sticker there on the basket, it says wild… its Wild».
I mean when I visually have the exact same wings in terms of prep and sauce choice across from you, in-​front my wife with brown mango-​habanero… I’m not sure how you can tell me you didn’t screw up my order and that I’m wrong about my order choice. I guess its just sad the staff can’t even tell the difference between a red sauce (Wild for instance) and a brown sauce (Mango-​habanero)…
No, hey you know what… that is the wrong sauce or let me just go fix it for you since they aren’t boneless and its the wrong sauce… or at least, let me take that off your bill… I know its way too much to expect for the manager to swing by the table to say hey, sorry we screwed up your order, so I was just hoping for some resolution to my dilemma besides me choking down some wings that I really don’t like, covered in a sauce that to me… tastes not sooooo good.
I still gave the guy a dollar tip, well because he probably isn’t racking up the tips… Didn’t even get the «Do you want a to-​go cup for your drink» I thought that was something they always ask here…

This was my first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings and it definitely knows hot wings. My son and I enjoyed a dozen wings each with 3 appetizers and good beer. The spinach artichoke dip, chips and salsa, and the fried cheese curds were devine. Although our server, John, was new he managed to keep a great pace and keep us happy. The manager stopped by and we had a great chat with her.
This is a great sports bar as well. There’s plenty of tvs located throughout the place.

I’ve been to this location about five times I think and every time it takes at least 30 minutes to get wings. Which should never need to take that long. It’s not like their fresh wings. The bartender was nice but the service there is always so bleh. It’s ran by a bunch of kids it feels like. I like Buffalo Wild Wings but this location is slooooooooow.

bad servied ever ! we came in and the waitress see us but she not say Hi or anything. she just stand there and look at us — i think because it not her turn .
when the food came out, we dont have silver wear or anything, we have to use hand to eat «mushroom garlic» and long wait for the wings. never comeback !

Tried the new Moroccan fire sauce and it was good. Nice slow burn on the heat and a rich chili powder flavor. Couldn’t eat a lot of it, but glad I tried it. Had my usual teriyaki wings dipped in a side of wild sauce mmmm. The jamming jalapeño sauce was very good also. Sweet with a hint of lime and slight heat. The Irish wedges were very tasty.

The wings are delicious. The variety of sauces is fantastic. The sides are mediocre and typical of a wing place. My reason for 3 stars is due to the service. I’ve never encountered a rude staff member however I believe they are always understaffed and over worked. If the establishment would recognize this and correct it this place would get better reviews.

I’m writing this review from my bathroom.
We ordered 30 wings in garlic parm and a basket of fries to go for forty friggin dollars. Yes. Four-​Zero. That was the first disappointment.
The fries were awesome and the to-​go chick was great too. but damn these wings. I knew they looked a bit undercooked. the fat wasn’t at all crispy. I say FAT instead of SKIN because it was really thick and slippery. I picked the slimy undercooked skin off three of my $ 40 wings and ate them. tasted like plain chicken. Gross.
Five minutes later I’m sitting here in my bathroom trying not to vomit. Do yourself a favor and go a mile up the road to Wings & More. The wings are a bit smaller there but at least it doesn’t make me sick!

This place is dirty and the service is very poor. Garbage all of the floors.

Do not come to this Buffalo Wild Wings expecting average service, you will disappoint yourself. I have been to this chain restaurant many times in Houston, but this location disappoints me. The servers are not attentive, repeatedly make mistakes, and are rude. The food takes forever to come out, even when the place is empty.
I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but dining at this location is awful.

Although the food was good, my first experience here with the service was horrendous. The waitress had no idea what she was doing. I came in with 3 other friends and ordered. One of my friends got chicken tenders and he was told that it didn’t come with fries. IT ALWAYS COMES WITH FRIES. All the other orders came out with too many wings or missing wings. Water was never refilled. At the end, she couldn’t do simple math — The changes were all wrong.
I gave it a second chance and I was again given bad service. I’d rather drive ten miles to another location or order to-​go than to ever dine in.

This was my first time eating at this food chain and I must say, I LOVED the wings. I ordered 10 boneless wings tossed in Medium sauce and they were delicious.
The service however was horrible. I ordered over the phone and once I told the girl my order she said okay and hung up. When I got there ten minutes later, since she didn’t time me an estimate on the time, I paid and never received a receipt. She said my order would be out shortly.
While I’m waiting on my food she has two of her friends there who she asked to wait so she could ‘hook them up’ with lemonade. While she checked out another customer some change fell out of her drawer and she said, ‘no one saw that’, as she kicked the change under her register.
It was completely unprofessional. I really enjoyed the wings but it’s one of those catch 20. I can pay a little more and get better service somewhere else. Maybe in the late future we’ll meet again at a different location.
