Ordered online to avoid the wait, showed up 5 minutes after the online system told me to pick my order up… was told it would be another 15 – 20 minutes before my order was ready… and it’s already been 25 more minutes… never again.

I ordered something 2 months ago online but called immediately to cancel, they said okay but then I checked couple of hours and still haven’t been refunded so I called in and they keep telling they have to get this to the owners and will take 2 weeks to refund… It’s been 2 months… I called a bunch of times and get same response. It’s the most ridiculous scam I’ve seen took my money and just kept ignoring my requests and never refunded.

45 minutes for wings and fries, a bunch of kids working and my fries were cold really!!! They need some kind of manager on site it takes one bad experience for me to never go back. Acually it’s been 15 minutes for fresh fries. Now my wings are cold. Wtf!

Ordered online but wanted to cancel the order… so I called the store, was asked to be put on hold, and after 5 minutes was asked to be put on hold again… at which point they hung up on me. I finally got thru and was placed on hold again. After several minutes I got a person who told me they could not cancel the order but if I come in within 7days they can redo my order. So I can’t get my money back… ok, I say, «you know what, keep the order, I will be there in 10 minutes.» I thought that was clear… Nope, I walk in, get to the counter and the guy explains again, no refund but if I come in anytime I the next 7 days… but I’m standing in the store, waiting for my order. He even said, «well we didn’t know you were coming in so we didn’t make the order.» Seriously??? I’m literally standing in front of you. They hurried up and made the order which was fine, but your customer service sucks… a lot.

This place is not for u, if u r in hurry. we had to wait almost 20 – 25 mnts to get our order. also I didn’t like their sitting arrangements. they have inside sitting in small area and outside they have one or two table. with blah lighting this place looks more dark and small inside. I had regular chicken without sauce coz they don’t have sauce sample to offer and I didn’t wanna take any risk. But it is weird that their regular chicken has no seasoning at all, just deep fried wings without any salt or pepper. I don’t know if sauces make their wings better or not, but definitely not a place for regular wings.

Ordered online, got there and was told they were working on our order… waited 45 minutes and asked on an eta, only to be given a bag that had been there since we arrived. Obviously cold. Staff were rude about it too. Will not return.

This is a place for lunch with the cowokers at times, they have a pretty good combo that you can get for lunch or dinner. There are a ton of flavors that you can choose from. The people there are super friendly. The quality is a hit or miss sometimes though. The wings are usually good, but the fries are a hit or miss. Sometimes they are beyond amazing and at other times they just sort of suck. There is limited seating, but there is seating outside as well, but that isn’t always guarantee with the Texas weather. There is plenty of parking out in front though.

Honestly this place is always hit and miss. Sometimes it’s so good, others times it just fails by getting your order completely wrong. But Bethany is great here. Always very nice and helpful unlike anyone else who works here.

Never been disappointed here. Sometimes I order online or on the phone and when I pick it up its not quite ready, but that’s probably because they are soo very busy and I order my wings extra done. Really have no complaints. Good customer service. Food consistent and yummy! Thank you!

Let me just say first: I love Wingstop. It is my favorite fast food wing place to go. After moving up to North Austin, I started going to this location and haven’t had any problems until tonight. I ordered online for pick-up and drove out to the store, as usual. I was met at the front by a cashier who clearly did not want to be there. Although put off, I didn’t let her get to me since I know how shitty fast food jobs are. I sympathize. Honestly, I do. But when handed my order, I was not handed a receipt, and the cashier did not read my order to make sure that was indeed what she was handing me. Still, out of past experience, I trusted that I’d been given the right order and left. Obviously, that was not the case. When I opened the box at home, I saw that I’d been given a number of sauceless classic wings as opposed to my order of 15 mild boneless wings. I was upset, but I called the store to address that the order was wrong and ask how they would like to address the error. I was asked to be put on hold and reluctantly agreed, only to be left there for over two minutes. Long enough for the call to be dropped. I gathered everything back in the bag and walked to my car to drive back to the store. When I walked in with my order, I was met with the same cashier who begrudgingly asked me what was wrong when I handed her the print-out of my online order and the bag she had given me. I showed her the print-out and explained that I was not given the right order. She asked me what was wrong again, and I repeated myself. And then she had me repeat myself a third time until finally a man who I assume was the manager came up and asked me to repeat the problem. I showed him the same print-out and pointed at the bag, saying that the order I had made was not what I was given. With a sigh, he just said they could remake the order for me and I said that would be fine. When I walked away to wait, the cashier from before picked up the bag angrily and walked it into the back. It took longer than I was told it would, and the cook who handed the bag to me in told me to «check the box this time.» The order was correct, and I looked into the back to try and make eye contact with the staff as I thanked them, but no one acknowledged me. I got no apology. I was sent out with the right order but the absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I HATE walking in and being the angry customer, but this was ridiculous. From the attitude at the front, to the being left on hold, to having to repeat myself four times, to not even receiving an apology or being acknowledged as I walked out. I will not be returning to this location, and chances are, I won’t be going to Wingstop again since the only other location I trust is too far for me to go to anymore.

I’ve been eating at this wingstop for like 10 years and although it’s always been good, I noticed how great the customer service is now. it was crowded yet they made sure to clean our tables, and the food came out fast! Not to mention the manger and assistant manager Jason kept the customers smiling having a great time and gave the place an «at home» Vibe! Great job guys!

Progressively worse the more I’ve gone here. From it taking over an hour because of a computer glitch to asking for extra crispy, waiting the extra time and to then get home and have ½ of them undercooked for even regular wings much less extra crispy. Fool me 10 times and I give up and won’t be back

Went last night for the first time in probably a year. Ordered takeout over the phone due to the website not allowing online orders for this location– not sure why. There is no way I would eat inside. It was filthy and smelled like old grease. I should’ve cancelled my order and walked out. I had hopes for the wings– I ordered a 10 piece combo, but sadly, they were horrible. I tried 2. They were smaller than I have ever seen and they tasted of old grease as well. I had to throw them away immediately– in the outside trash bin, due to the grease smell from the wings and container. Lesson learned– when you smell old grease, walk out.

I got wings to go here and the wings were extremely small to the point that I lost my appetite when I saw them! It was a weird feeling to say the least. When I called back to complain, they told me to bring the wings back for a refund but I did not feel like driving out to the location a second time to get my refund. The manager said she could not give a refund over the phone because of «security» purposes although I don’t quite understand the concept of that since I am not trying to make an outstanding purchase with a card number but simply trying to get a refund. Long story short. I posted a photo of one of the MANY(if not more than ½) wings that were disproportionate so beware!!!

Decent. No complaints. Wings came out crispy(very important) and flavored as expected. Service was normal. A few small tables inside. Prices are better than restaurants which means I’ll be back & the size of the wings were ok. Not tiny but not large either. Wasn’t a huge fan of the original hot sauce but loved the lemon pepper. Will try garlic parmesan next time.

I always picture poor wingless chickens walking around with little prosthetic wing/arms. It should make me sad, but instead it makes me giggle… And then I think of Robot Chicken… and then I laugh heartily. I could eat wings… well…every day. Showing restraint, I typically hold my fried chicken appendage desires until Monday or Tuesday. «Tony»…you may ask…“Tony…WHY do you wait until Monday or Tuesday? Pray do tell…“ I’m glad you asked! You see… Monday and Tuesday is $.60 boneless wing night. It used to be $.50, but the chickens demanded more pay. «…but Tony»…you ask again…“Are boneless wings REALLY wings? Or just cut up chicken strips???“ I admit, that’s a valid question… but you’re missing the point! It’s cheap… and delicious… I enjoy the flavors. My particular favorites are: (in no particular order) Garlic Parmesan(the nasty ass breath is worth it) Cajun(good heat and tons o’ flavor) Louisiana Rub(less heat than Cajun, but damn tasty) Atomic(they can put a little hurtin’ on ya… but damn! Yummy!) I can order online, with an app, or by phone. Service has always been great and friendly. Wingstop is MY wing stop… oh…try the yeast rolls. You won’t be displeased.
