I love their ham&pineapple, and meatball! I like how fresh and warm it is. Satisfying. Great selection too.

While I like the sandwiches here the customer service is beyond lacking. And whatever you do don’t come at 10 when they’re opening. The doors were locked, there was a guy sitting at the table staring at us who walked around to check the clock, realized it was 5 after, came and opened the door and never said a word. We proceeded to fill out our sandwich choices and then waited again at the register for them to count out their money into the drawer. All things that should have been done before the scheduled opening time at 10. It took another 15 minutes to actually get a sandwich and we were the only people in the place. Definitely won’t be back.

I love that I can order any sand which I want and decide what I want and add them easily to my order without feeling embarrassed about ordering weird combos out loud. The food is easy to eat, great and worth the drive!

I used to love their sandwiches. My fav topping was dried cranberries and walnuts which u dont see in subway. Until they removed it. The worst part is the guy who works there he said they do have cranberries and walnut(you might think why is this worst part). Its just removed from the menu. I was excited and requested him to please add it to my sandwich. I discovered it was a lie after having the sandwich… You might think he forgot to add. I tell you how can he forget. We just had a conversation about it … You might say may be in hurry because there was a hugh line of customers. No my friend. There were only 2 people .me and my buddy… I m sorry for whichwich
First timer and I was very impressed! I had been told it was same as subway, but the guys working the register were awesome and friendly, the BLT was delicious! I will probably get either a skinny wich(they pull a lot of the bread out of the middle) or a lettuce wich, next time! So good and the cookie are fresh and warm! I loved it! Will go here in the future!(:

I had a turkey bowl that was super fresh and delicious. The build your own salad options are awesome(fresh spinach, avocado, pecans, dried cranberries, croutons that aren’t too hard, etc.) The balsamic vinaigrette is very good. Serving size was most generous. Service was friendly and helpful. I liked it so well I ate there twice this week.

When you first come in to Which Wich, you’ll probably feel like you’re asking yourself, How How?, as in, How does one order a sandwich around here?” There are rows of bags along the wall, and a bucket of red pens, and you’re supposed to pick out the correct bag and a red Sharpie and mark it up like an English teacher on a rampage. Then you give it to the cashier, pay, and they make your food. The first few times I tried this, the very kind young cashiers helped me fix my bag order so I could earn a passing grade and get a sandwich, all the while saying nice things like, «It’s okay, this happens all the time.» Which made me feel somewhat better, although my kids had already turned in their orders, filled their drinks, and sat down by the time I got it right. Feeling kinda slow and left behind, right here. I finally figured out that there are certain bags you use, based on the protein, or lack of it, that you want for your sandwich or salad(because you can order it as a salad, too, gluten-haters). The food is fresh and pretty decent as far as sandwiches go, with generous portions, which is why my kids keep dragging me back(or maybe it’s to watch me completely flub my order AGAIN). But the main props go to the young people working at this location, because of their helpful attitude and work ethic. So if you go in and have no idea what you’re doing, no worries. They have you covered.

First timer, the service was better then the Sandwich. I was led to believe that my sandwich was going to be all that, what I got was a sandwich that was very disappointing.

This is the third time I’ve been here and the third time that ingredients I ordered were left off of my sandwich. It’s annoying that it’s customizable but you don’t really get what you want. The meat quality is also suspect. I’d say maybe one step above Subway.

It’s worth 5 stars for what it is. A great sandwich place that does everything right and has a fun way of ordering. As a plus, they also have online ordering so you can order from work and eat it when you get there. Buffalo chicken is my favorite so far!

Which Wich provides you with the usual, expected, basic sandwich. They make it super easy to customize your own order and the staff is pleasant. Pretty standard sandwich place for the corporate 9 – 5 peeps out there(AKA…me). I throw Which Wich in my lunch rotation when I get bored with all my other go-to places.

Oh which wich I come here for lunch usually when I want something not too bad and I don’t want to walk into a subway and smell like bread afterwards. It’s a fairly easy concept you go in find a brown bag with the meats you want and you bubble in what you want on your wich. Then you pay wait and boom a sandwich. It has gotten fancier since they first open they have different size sandwiches now salads, wraps etc. I usually tend to go to the bac-hammon which is a ham sandwich with bacon you can add lots of veggies lettuce, cucumbers, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc. lots of sauces and you just make it your own. Today I went for my usual sandwich and I bubble everything in and I bite into it and it’s not the right sandwich… they put the wrong meat in it. But it wasn’t bad and I was running out of time for my lunch break so I ate it and moved on. Lunch cost me right around 10 bucks if I want chips and a drink. Overall it’s nice and it’s quick for lunch and it’s not too pricey much rather prefer this place than subway.

It’s a chain sandwich shop. They aren’t trying to be the crazy shop in downtown atx or anything. They do a thing and do it pretty darn well. I have never had anything but great customer service at this location. The staff are friendly, fast, and fastidious. Generous with sandwich bits and happy to make special requests happen. Big fan of crushed ice. I usually get the thank you turkey or the buffalo chicken but explore on suggestions from the crew every now and then. Clean, decent, and consistent. Can’t ask for a whole lot more from a sandwich shop than that.

First trip to Which Wich, and I am definitely unimpressed. The process was interesting, and that isn’t a bad thing. All of the box-checking was ensuring that I was getting my perfect, custom sandwich, right? Right!!! As I waited fifteen long minutes, stomach grumbling, for sandwich perfection. After all, we were the only ones in the restaurant, so having to wait that long must mean I was getting a perfectly curated sandwich. A meat and bread stack filled with harmony. In the end, I was crushed. As I hopped in the passengers seat of the car, I anxiously awaited home so that I could enjoy my sandwich. As I rushed in the door, tore off the sandwich’s wrapper, and took that first, long-awaited bite, my heart sank. Bottom line: If I order a «bac-hammon»(their ham and bacon sandwich), and you give me a sandwich without any bacon on it, I am going to think your process may be very flawed. I had to resort to the bacon bits I had in the freezer. No-thank-you.

It’s… a Which WIch. I always order Chicken Pesto because when I find something that’s perfect I stick with it. They always get my order right, and it’s always ready in about 5 minutes. Compared to other sub joints like Subway it tastes better, looks better, and at least feels a little healthier. If you’re weird like my boyfriend you can put ridiculous names on your bag… and giggle like a middle schooler when they call out to tell you your order is ready. It’s the little things that can make someone’s day.

OK. so my first trip to Which Wich! I like the order process. It is nice to fill out what you want(and hope they make it right) :) Very different. And it works. Food took a little longer to come out than I expected it to, being there were no people there. But no biggie… I was with my BFF, so we talked and laughed. All good. I ordered a Chicken pesto(reg) toasted with: Lettuce Tomato vinegar Oil banana pepper Feta oregano pepper And a chocolate Malt I get in my car and much to my surprise… the malt is DELICIOUS! Not sweet at all. I love malts, but always feel sick after the smallest one. Not this one! Oh man, was it good or what? YES! My ONLY complaint with it… is I wish it would have been thicker. I like thick malts. but hey, the taste made up for it. Now, if they make it thicker. well… I am not sure I could explain how much I would love it! I return my office and open my bag. nice. It is wrapped in foil(keep it warm, thank you) and then it is wrapped in paper… thank you again. no mess! I immediately notice my bread. There isn’t that much of it. I didn’t have to SCRAPE out the insides like I have to at Subway(I dont like subway). It was toasted, not crunchy, not thick and gooey, not rubbery… just a nice toasted bread. The inside of the sandwich(meat and veggies) was 4x thicker than the bread! Oh yea! I take a bite… WAHOOOO! Seriously? All that flavor packed in a sandwich? Yummy! Veggies were fresh. Nothing was overbearing… the condiments were all just right… a little of everything I asked for. Creamy, not dry, nothing«running» out the sides. Just delicious! A nice amount of meat that was NOT flooded out by lettuce(like Subway) and the meat was not a frozen cheap tasting meat(like Subway)… it was good. I enjoyed it Over all: I will go back. Prices are OK… could be lower, but hey. for the taste… it beats the heck out of a lot of other places.

SPAM and Eggs! Ha! I saw this on the board and had Monty Python visions. I think I giggled out loud… either that or the cashier thought I was cute, because she was staring at me smiling. In my mind, the latter applies! I dig this place place… 1. walk in 2. grab appropriately numbered bag in accordance with category 3. mark specific sandwich 4. mark desired augmentations to #3 5. pay and wait(short wait) 6. listen for name, grab brown bag… inhale toasty tasty sandwich I admit the OCD in me loves the the structure and ease of ordering. The indecisive part of me hates the multitude of choices and variations of choices. They aren’t the best sandwiches, but they’re pretty damn good. They are a bit over priced, that I admit, but for the quality and convenience is a plus. …besides, the cashier has good taste in men!

They had 99¢ sandwich day a few weeks ago. I stood in line for 15 minutes to place my order. When I finally got to the cash register, the dude said«no no, a gentleman already paid for your sandwich.» Come again? «He was ahead of you in line, and has you covered» Really?! Thank you Which Wich for my delicious hummus and veggie sandwich, great customer service(despite the crazy line), and reminding me what kind of quality woman I am. I got the entirety of my 99¢ sandwich paid for, plus a bag of chips.
