Calbi

I have been passing this Taco truck for a while now and decided to finally stop and try it today. I loved it! I had the pork burrito. very tender, with a little kick to it. Sauce was great. Gentlemen was very nice and helpful. Can’t wait to have it again.
Side note: I DID get my correct change back. lol; }

I tried this out this morning for the first time. I happened to be at the 7 Eleven across the street buying cigarettes and noticed that this was open. I was starving so I jaunted across the street to check it out.
Ordering was painless. It was a little later in the morning but the guy taking the orders told me they’d still serve breakfast and had breakfast tacos.
I ordered two bacon & egg & cheese and they were ready in about 3 minutes. In the interim, I inspected the trailer — VERY CLEAN! I like that. Obviously a fairly well run truck.
Tacos were great. Served hot. Little corn tacos doubled up, and served with fresh cooked eggs, warm bacon, pico, a little cilantro (not too much), and cheese. The sauce was tasty too.
I’m definitely a fan and will go back a couple times to try out different recipes.

Today was the opening day of the 3^rd Korean/​Mexican taco truck here in Austin. These guys are a franchise from L. A and by the looks and taste of things they delivered! They gave out free samples today to everyone (there’s still time people). The customer service is definitely a key point they are emphasizing. I am happy to say they use real Korean Beef rib meat in their beef taco! i tried all 3 today chicken, pork and beef; the pork was my favorite.
I love these Korean/​Mexican taco’s and am glad we have a variety to choose from now.
