These guys catered our wedding and were lights out. Everything was professionally done… from contract to clean up. Best of all though was the food. It was on point! We had guests in from the northeast but the rave reviews of the BBQ from out central Texas guests said it all.

We used Catering By Mopsie’s for our wedding last October. Half of our guests came from overseas and I wasn’t sure how they would like BBQ and half came from Texas, so they know what good brisket should taste like. The brisket was a hit with the guests! Unfortunately, we ordered more than the actual number of guests but my husband and I were happy to eat the leftovers for a week because their brisket is that good. I still crave for it until now :) Their staff was also very professional and efficient.
They were also easy to deal with. We had late minute additions to our package and Amy, the sales manager, handled everything smoothly and was very responsive.
I’m happy with their service and I won’t hesitate to recommend them.

We used Catering by Mopsie for our wedding this October and it was a great experience. During the entire planning process I received quick responses and was treated like family. Every person raved about the prime rib and how delicious it was. The staff went above and beyond to make our wedding day special and memorable!

We used Catering by Mopsie for our daughter’s wedding in Luling TX. It was one of the best catering experiences we have had. They are easy to deal with, offer great suggestions, and they really shone on the wedding day. Everyone I talked to loved the food. The venue manager was very complimentary about how clean the venue was after everything was torn down. If I ever need to cater a large event again Catering by Mopsie will be at the top of the list.

Catering by Mopsie catered my daughters wedding on December 30, 2013 and they exceeded our expectations. The food, presentation, and professionalism were unsurpassed. The guests kept talking about how good the B-​B-​Que was. What a treat for the out of state guests to get the best B-​B-​Que in Texas. I will diffentenly use Mopsie again. What a pleasure to do business with!
