CC West Printing

My company had a long history or working with CCWest. We worked with them closely for many years to print and frame artwork that would be hung in all of our offices across the country.
Their process for these framed signs was flawed. They printed out the creative on a thin piece of paper, then glued it to a piece of cardboard and framed it. About half of the signage we have now (literally hundreds of pieces), has bubbles and is completely ruined. When I brought it up to our rep who is no longer with the company, he was not helpful whatsoever in working together to fix this issue for future framed pictures. So, we found a printer who would do it cheaper and do a better job.
The relationship with CCWest did not end on bad terms, or so I thought. We took that piece of the business away, yes, but we have hundreds of print projects a year that we do. I didn’t realize they would take it so personally, especially when it was their own fault.
Recently, we had to contact them to order hanging hardware for some wall signage. They were rude, hard to work with, and when I called the contact who we used to work with, the man in charge of the company, he didn’t answer and still hasn’t called me back.
We were considering sending new business their way and including them on the bidding process for future print orders, but definitely not now. They burned a very large bridge, and it’s just bad business.
So, all in all, I recommend going with 360 Press Solutions over CCWest. They are nicer, less expensive AND higher quality.

Rex at CC West is pretty much my hero. I found out last week that we were almost out of our custom envelopes and all it took was a quick phone call to Rex and he was on it. He had the estimate and proof in my email inbox in a matter of minutes and got the job pushed through faster than I imagined possible. He’s worked with us on lots of other projects throughout the years and I so appreciate his helpfulness and follow through.

First time I contacted these guys, for pricing, the guy sounded annoyed by me. I basically had to fight the dead silence by re-​phrasing my questions until I asked them in a way he felt like answering.
About a month later, since their prices seemed good, I went ahead and tried them out. I uploaded my images on Friday evening. Not expecting to hear back that day, I emailed them, to see if they got my files, check turn around time, etc.
Long story short… by the following Tuesday, I still hadn’t heard from them, hadn’t received a phone call nor an email, and all 8 – 10 of my calls reached busy signals. Since I was hoping to have my client’s banners by then, I found — not only a printer that was available (Evolution), but also had a great reputation, and they were able to fix my problem the same day for a slightly better price!

CC West did an amazing job of printing our biz cards and stationary. We were extremely picky and asked for multiple estimates, two print proofs and a press check. A bit overboard for such a small job but they treated us like we were their most important customer. Staci was amazing and coordinated everything. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants it done right.

I prefer to get all my goods and services local — both business and personal — and thank goodness the best printer I’ve worked with is here in ATX! Rex and his crew at CC West do a TON of work for us at St. Edward’s, from large-​format signage to thousands of print pieces to recruit students. I also use them for my personal printing jobs (cards, signs, etc) and am always pleased. They are the BEST at customer service and quality. Highly recommend!

These guys are on top of their game! I went in with a project for some Veterans and Active Duty Military and they really delivered! Their pricing was spot on and the attention to detail 100%. They are not cookie cutter guys, they are custom and then some! Just go take a look at the samples in the office! I will be back with my next project for sure!

CC West prints all of our brochures and specialty printing projects. They even helped us design our two last brochures. There is no finer printing company in Central Texas. They are reasonably priced and deliver excellent quality and service.

We work with CC West often. Always happy with their service and qualtiy. Good people. The Butler Bros are fans.

On the advice from my graphic designer neighbor, I went to CC West for some large format photographic printing to spruce up my space for the East Austin Studio Tour.
Jeremy Diorio was great in showing me around the shop and showing various examples of what CC West could provide.
I settled on what they call «direct-​to-​substrate printing» or direct to board prints. In my case I opted for white ³⁄₁₆ gatorboard as the substrate (although you can have them print on a bunch of different materials).
The results look great. I’m very happy with the look of the printing and the quick turnaround time.
Wish I could afford to get a few more pieces printed this big.
