We’ve used PrintGlobe a few times for orders. Once, we did have a problem with an order for a promotional item. We ordered the item as a rush with less than a week notice. They were happy to work with us to get it in time, although the item sent was not of the same quality as previously received. They were very happy to fix the problem for us. They were great to work with.

Don’t order from them, if you have a problem with anything you order they don’t care and won’t do anything to make it right. Buyer beware! Ordered auto sun screens, not what was described, embarrassed to give such an inferior product to our customers. Too small to even fit in the windshield, not as represented to us. Talked to our account manager Kaytee Bailey and was told «sorry» it already has your imprint on it. Of course it already has our imprint on it, we didn’t get to see them until they put our imprint on it. I hope this helps keep someone else from getting ripped off.

Print Globe is so easy to work with! They services my order quickly and professionally with a minimum of fuss and hesitation! I would definitely recommend them and will use them as an ongoing service for my business.

The quote came in very quick and the customer service person was friendly. The prices are reasonable, however, when my stickers arrived they were not as embossed as I would have hoped, which is disappointing because they are for Christmas gifts for our clients. I emailed the CS person and told her about my disappointment and she specified that there are diferent embossing options and the one I wanted would have been more expensive. It is very sad, because those options were not given to me from the beginning.

I usually hate ordering custom things online because it’s either a hassle to get it right or they just straight up mess it up.
This company, however, is super easy to work with and makes the entire process smooth.
I wanted to get custom napkins for my wedding. All I had to do was upload the image that I wanted. Pick the color and type of napkins I wanted. And within one day they sent me a proof with design options for my napkins.
I had on person taking care of everything. I would send an email and get a response back in a timely manner. That’s right, no automated 1 – 800 number crap.
I had the napkins within a week. The color was a bit darker than what I saw on the computer, but otherwise they were great! I’d definitely use them again if I ever needed a huge bulk order again!
