Wednesday = FREE breakfast item! Yummy, juicy chicken. Fast food at its finest if that’s possible. Not as cheap as traditional fast food but this tastes better. I love the honey they give with the biscuits. Lunch= chicken strips for me. Also grilled chicken sandwich is yummy too.

Love chick fil a and I love this place. I would have given it a 5 were it not for the incredibly irritating man at the drive thru window every morning. I’ve been several times and as soon as I know he’s there I’m in a bad mood. He’s practically screaming at customers and his fake happiness and painfully loud voice are just not something I can handle early in the morning. He really shouldn’t be at the drive thru window anymore, if he could talk like a normal human being this place would easily get a 5star.

Love this location, I come here when I have a doctors apt in the area. They are so fast and have one line for the drive thru just for cards. They have multiple people outside to help get the traffic going! They do a great job and are always friendly!

ABOVEANDBEYOND Customer Service! I went through the the drive thru, ordered my food, then I reached for my none existent wallet and had to prepare to excuse myself for wasting their time and food because I couldn’t pay for it. In a shock of events, the Manager who was working the cashiers, did not even hesitate and just gave me my food and told me I could come back at any time(tomorrow or whenever) to pay for it. So to you, Mr. red headed manager. You sir, deserve a reward, which I will bring to you tomorrow when I pay. Regional managers: give this man a raise!

This might be the best Chick-fil-A in the world! They are just so friendly, polite and helpful. The food is consistently delicious, too. I love karaōke night where kiddos can earn ice cream for singing. It seems like they often have fun things like that going on here and they really care about the community. It’s such a great family restaurant and you can’t beat the indoor playscape!

I love this place, and for me that’s rare. They are always so busy but they get the food to you fast and they are so friendly. The location might be in a tight spot but very convenient since there really isn’t too much around here anyways. Strawberry shakes are to die for Kudos to everyone who works here for making it the most exemplary customer oriented chick-fil-a that I know.

Hot days and stormy days help me appreciate the real gift of this Chick Fil A in my neighborhood. This particular location is always clean and friendly. It gets huge crowds in the drive thru and walk in during weekdays, but the service is exemplary. They help by coming around and offering refills, and delivering food to your table. The kids playscape is most appropriate for 5 and under and can get a little rowdy on rainy days. There is an abundance of healthy chicken options, good sides, and delicious nuggets(allergies beware: they cook with peanut oil). Where this fast food restaurant stands out is in their top notch service. My order is consistently correct, their courtesy to you(and your kids) is memorable and appreciated. They have special family nights, holiday celebrations, recognition for veterans and more. They feel like part of the community. And if I just need a quick bite, the drive thru is smooth too.

I always take my daughter here for lunch while doing errands and such. The food is great and fresh, also the staff is very friendly and always coming by your table for drink refills. The big deal for me is how clean the place and the playscape is. There are several people always cleaning and maintains the floor. There are free sanitizing hand wipes near the kids area. Cheers!

Like most chik fil a’s the workers are almost too nice. I go here for lunch at least twice a week however each time there are roughly one mom in aerobics spandex per five kids and sometimes it just gets stressful while I eat my nuggets. Yes every mom has blonde hair with a spandex tank and pants and yes every kid runs and is loud. I particularly enjoyed the one that kept shouting he saw I had a 100 dollar bill. Glad this chik is in a good neighborhood.

One of the nicer Chick-fil-A’s I have been to. Updated modern interior, friendly service, family activities, drive thru, community oriented. What more do you need? Also, they happily refill your tea, soda, lemonade when you eat in. Good playscape for the littles. A family pleaser for sure.

This is the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. It has the typical menu. However, the owner and his employees are extremely friendly and polite. The drive thru is efficient and fast. The bathroom is spotless. I highly recommend this location. They also do a ton for the community and local schools.

I love Chick fil A! Just discovered that they have a grilled chicken nuggets version which was awesome. Since I was not too hungry, I got the kid’s meal with fruits and apple juice. Good size and healthy too. Don’t judge!

This place does an awesome job supporting its local community. They hire local kids, make it a good environment to work in and always answer the call from local PTO’s and athletic groups to sponsor events. Aside from their participation in the community, they offer a nice selection of healthy options-especially when it comes to fast food!

Chic-fil-A is yummy, and I had no idea how kid friendly they were until I came here with the 4 children I babysit(ages 2, 4, 7, and 10) The food: My stomach gets pretty pissy with their fried food but it is soooo tasty, so I tend to stick to the grilled sandwiches. I love their breakfast because the biscuits and bread are so soft and sweet. The milkshakes(I haven’t had them in years, but I assume they’re the same?) are to die for, and they will also equal the amount of calories you should have in one day! But that’s ok sometimes, right? I really liked that they have a little stick-on place-mat so you can plop the food right on the table for the little ones.(Maybe all places have them and I just never noticed.) There is also a section of children’s books, which I thought was adorable. The playground area is closed in and seemed pretty safe to me. There is a section labeled«3 and under» but it’s very open to the climbing area and unless parents reinforce it there are older kids mixing with the younger kids. I watched my 2 year old and she seemed to be fine climbing around with the big kids. They were running quite a bit but no one got hurt and she was happy. I also got to spend an extended amount of time here because the 2 year old managed to hide the 4 year olds flip flops while I was looking at the books section. Shame on me… Whenever we asked her where she hid them she just said«bye bye». hahahah, anyway I’m getting distracted. This place has yummy and cheap food, and they’re very kid friendly.

Chick-fil-A is pretty good stuff. Our daughter loves going because, like most kids, she digs chicken nuggets and wants to play at the indoor playscape. I like their sandwiches too. For all the fast food I don’t approve of, I have no issues with Chick-fil-A. Interesting find I made on this last trip is that their condiment bins should be carefully inspected. We found packettes of Texas Pete’s hot sauce. That’s good stuff, and to find it at a chain like this is rare. I really dig their ketchup packs that can either be opened for dipping or pull the tip off to apply directly to your fries. Sweet. This location can get crazy busy though. The day we went, there were easily 10 cars in line and that makes the parking lot nuts. Inside you would never know they were slammed in the to-go line. Good work.

Forgive me, for I know not what I do. At least when I’m in L’s car after inexplicably waking up in someone else’s guest room in Westlake, and it was approximately within the window for an early lunch. I’m supposed to be boycotting this restaurant because of its open, egregious hostility towards the GLBT community. Personally, this would be easy, as fried chicken sandwiches aren’t well sported in the form of love handles and belly fat. But the siren song of chicken sandwiches and waffle fries was hard to ignore, especially when your stomach was embroiled in an epic battle with vodka, Lone Star, and four or five shots of something pink. Fine – I’m a scab. There wasn’t much of a line, and the employee was an attractive young lady whose perkiness and obvious lack of a hangover was simultaneously refreshing and endlessly annoying. Chick-Fil-A did its duty Saturday morning by providing warm, delicious fast food to two fabulous people obviously recovering from tying one on. In a big, gay bar. Did you hear that, Chick-Fil-A? Fine. You got ONE order out of us. But this boycott is sooo back on. You and Target can go sit in the corner and think about what you’ve done, until you decide to join the 21st century. 3 Stars. For now.

I still will voice my complaints about this fast food place; right after I sing the praises of their customer service prowice. You know it takes alot to get Rooster Sr. all flustered about any place. This place takes the cake; or chicken if you will. With the dining room crowded and the drive thru backed around and snaking down Loop 360; these folks dialed up some serious hospitality. To my amazement they had enough staff to get your drink refills while you sat and ate your meal of choice. Little Rooster’s single chicken strip was greasy. My grilled club faired well thanks to the honey bbq sauce packet. The waffle fries were perfectly cooked as usual. The staff at this location warrants a 4 star review; but the greasy chicken strip knocks them back into the 3 star range. Chick-fil-A continues to be just«Fast Food» no matter how you package it.
