Just got back from lunch. Bad. The waitress Lydia was nice and courteous, but that’s all I can say for her. I ordered the lunch combo quesadillas which came w fries and a bowl of chili. My friend had the triple dipper sampler. Chili was decent and they served a lot of it which was good. My quesadillas were very good(chick/bac/ranch), the serving of fries were very skimpy though. They were good and all, but there were 7 or 8 of them on the plate lol. No big deal since the bowl of chili was generous plus the combo is crazy cheap it’s only $ 7. My friend’s triple dipper showed up, sw egg rolls, onion rings, and chicken tenders. She cut into the chicken tenders which were very thick and RAW chicken. Not iffy or maybe or questionable, but I big ol center full of raw chicken. We wave Lydia over and show her. She apologized sincerely which was nice, asked what my friend wanted in exchange, then left the chicken on the plate! She didn’t take the whole plate, she didn’t even take the chicken, she just left to ring in the mini burgers. So we used my chili plate to remove the chicken ourselves. Then we were scared to use any section of her plate for the rest of the food cuz raw chicken was all over it. Mini burgers took way too long to come out. Lydia, although nice, had zero sense of urgency. She literally dragged her feet on the service. You could hear her feet slide on the floor as she SLOWLY walked around. They should’ve put those burgers at the front of the line in the kitchen. Finally the manager came out to serve the mini burgers and he apologized and was very nice. We were on our lunch break so we were in a rush to leave so we paid, and I asked Lydia for a to-go box for my quesadillas. She said ok, then went over to a TEN person table to take their order. Did I mention Lydia had no sense of urgency? I’m giving her the death stare while she is at this giant table with ten people laughing n having a good ol time taking their order, and all I want is my to go box. We waited many minutes for this box, and nobody showed up. Bartender was gone, only Lydia at the ten person table taking her time. I finally walked back to the takeout section and found one on the window sill. After I boxed up my stuff and slid out of the booth the manager man came up to us and apologized for Lydia saying she got held up. No she didn’t sir, she just didn’t give a shit. I wish the manager man would’ve been my waiter cuz everywhere he walked, it was FAST. He had a sense of urgency. Raw chicken + Lydia = meh.
