Sadly, no longer at the 5th street location(outside of Donn’s Depot). They officially put up a For Rent sign at the food truck space. Food was okay when sober, really good when drinking. Hence, the 3 star rating.

I haven’t seen this cart at the location stated in over 3 months. Pretty sure they closed or moved somewhere else. Food was good. I called them crack tacos cause pretty sure there was something in em that made me crave it. This area continues to lose food options!

The beef fajita taco is probably the best in town. That it’s from a food truck makes it even that more impressive. Actually all their food here is really good from the puffy tacos to the totally legit Frito Pie. Quality ingredients, excellent salsas, try the green you won’t be sorry. Tom is about the nicest guy you’ll ever meet. Always good food, they stay open late for when you need it.

Stopped by this place for a crispy crunchy taco. Was delicious. Would stop by again to try the Kimchi Fries. Chef(owner?) was on a first name basis with the two people in front of us, so assuming it’s a solid takeaway lunch spot. Wish they had somewhere to sit. 4 stars for the well executed fusion concept. Much better quality food than«Arroyo» that’s next door.

I was needing a late night snack and stopped by Chinos and Gringos at about 11pm. They are in the parking lot in front of Donn’s Depot. I had a fajita taco with and the green sauce, which is guacamole based… and a puffy taco with the red sauce. BOTH were fantastic. The beef fajita was very flavorful, fresh tomato, lettuce, and a slightly toasted flour tortilla. The puffy taco was very new to me and I REALLY enjoyed it. It is made out of a masa fried shell and was very light and crispy and had guacamole, tomato, lettuce and i think pico. VERYVERY good food, reasonably priced. I will return.
