I guess Chipotle will do in a pinch. The service is fast and the food is fine. It’s not like this is anyone’s favorite restaurant or anything. It’s a place you go to get sustenance when you need it quickly. So if you think to yourself, «I am hungry and I want something quick and moderately healthy and I don’t want to think about it very hard» that”s probably a good time to go stuff your gaping mouthhole with some all-natural, organic, cage-free, gluten-free, buzzword, buzzword, biodegradable, buzzword, Chipotle food stuffs.

Chipotle Employee here tried to not fully honor corporate coupon. Chipotle recently sent out a mass coupon mailing, including the following coupons: One free Burrito, Burrito Bowl, or Order of Tacos One free Chip & Salsa with any order(cannot combine coupons of course.) There is no written limit on the coupons therefore corporate did not intend for there to be a limit(meaning, if you want 6 orders of meat in a bowl, it’s included in the coupon.) When sending mass coupons, companies impose limits if they believe they will need limits, these coupons are thought out and every word is intentional, they are also programmed into Chipotle’s checkout system with the specific code on the coupon, so if there were a limit, the coupon would not only say it, it would show up in the system. My apartment complex had a mass mailing of these coupons and my friends gave me theirs if they were not interested in going, so I have used a couple before this coupon and have not had any issue getting 3 – 4 servings of meat and guac before. The employee said«people are abusing these coupons, there’s a limit of two meats and the other meats will be sides and you’ll have to pay for them.» I informed her that she’s incorrect and that the coupon has worked for more than 2 meats before, I explained that a side order would not be included in the bowl, it would have to be outside the bowl to be considered a side, since the bowl contained all of the meats it is not in any way a side order. The manager(I believe?) came over and corrected the employee promptly, though it seemed that the manager instructed the employee to do this and only corrected it because I was complaining. I don’t think Chipotle’s corporate HQ would appreciate not honoring their coupons, especially considering it’s a PR campaign to bring people back to Chipotle after having multiple foodborne illnesses. I also don’t understand the logic, as this is not a franchise– the individual stores are not directly affected by having extra meats in a bowl. The employees have no reason or right contention regarding Chipotle’s coupons, it makes no sense. Get a grip, Chipotle.

By far the best chipotle in Austin. Be warned, REEEEALLYBUSY during lunch(IBM, the Domain, and JJ Pickle are practically next door). But they got it taken care of, I’ve never had less than 100% from them, and I’ve seen some really weird crap go down in other parts of town. The produce must either have a really high turnover rate, or actually just be made well, or probably both.

Raymond was awesome. Very polite, and politically correct with wishing me «happy holidays», made the best damn salad I’ve ever had at chipotle. Shout out to the person that made the dressing today. It was on point. I’m giving this review five stars because of the service provided by Raymond, however I’d like to say that Julio was horrible. Rude to not only me and my boyfriend, but all his coworkers around him. After being called up to the register for cash, he came up after the second or third time being called(during lunch hours), said«what cash?» Even though I was very obviously ready to pay, and went to the back with a smirk. After I asked him his name he tried to explain his rudeness to me by saying he had been arguing with his coworkers all day. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience with Julio. I’ve worked in customer service for years, I understand what it’s like to not get along with a coworker, but it’s never a good idea to display it to the consumer. To management, I hope you correct this situation between the two employees, Raymond would do very well at the Anderson Location, they are all very polite, and are always trying to put a smile on people’s faces. To Julio, I don’t mean this to offend you, I just hope it helps as constructive criticism so you can keep moving forward. To Raymond, great job man and keep up the positive attitude.

This place is one of many franchise locations so my review is more about the service and friendliness of the staff. The food was good as always and now they have gone«Non-GMO» for those of you who are into all the small print stuff. There was a HUGE line in front of me at lunch time on a rainy day and I got to order my food and get put of this place within the next 10 minutes. I could have sworn there were at least 17 people in front of me so I would have to say that this place really knows what they’re doing as far as staffing and they are also very friendly and welcoming.

Not sure what’s wrong with people who reviewed this location earlier. I saw one review complain about a lack of queso and a «meal» option? Anyways, I eat here about once a week and never have any complaints. If you have had Chipotle before you know what to expect. This location is one of the best and I have no reservations about recommending this one. The food is high quality, tastes great, and is priced right. I love the steak and always get that or half and half with chicken. The guacamole is the best I’ve had anywhere and is a must have. The staff here is always very friendly and never skimp out in portions. Newsflash for the people complaining about some of the staff not portioning out enough food, you have a mouth. If you want some more just ask and they’ll happily oblige.

My friend and I ate lunch there yesterday. We got the burrito bowl with half chicken and half beef. We both spent the rest of the day throwing up and stomach upset. Called the Manager who instead of apologizing was extremely rude. All I wanted was to let them know so they could check what was wrong so more people don’t fall sick. But oh well… take your chances in that place. This was the Arbor Walk location just fyi

Food is good here, but they really need to learn how to roll a burrito. Other burrito places do it much better

Let me say this 1st, I love Chipotle! I could eat it everyday!!! …but not here. They were cheap on their portions & the girl with the hat & the piercings was very rude and did not even say thank you.

I love Chipotle. If there was one closer to my apartment then I would be in serious trouble. I’m a creature of habit and get the same thing every single time. Burrito bowl, brown rice, no beans(ick!), chicken, mild salsa, sour cream, lettuce, cheese & a bag of chips to eat my bowl with. The price has gone up over the years but it’s still delicious so I keep coming back. Great customer service at this location. They’re always quick and efficient. If you dress in costume on Halloween you get half off your burrito, and I recommend playing all the Chipotle games and entering the contests because they give out a lot of buy one get one free coupons.

The big guy at the beginning of the line was stingy with the rice and beans, so much so that I had to ask for a little more. Next he was cheap on the meat. I basically had a vegetarian bowl. Looks like this location has a history of skimping on the servings. Extremely disappointed and still hungry. Never coming back to this location.

I’ll never forget the first time I had Chipotle back in my college days in Northern Virginia. It was amazing and automatically one of my favorite things. The nice thing about Chiptole is for the most part the food is identical everywhere so you know what you are getting. When I come here, the staff is great. I come here during lunch and the lines are always kind of long but they move fast and the people are awesome. I’m there probably once or twice a month and I don’t plan on ever stopping!

Not only a nice staff, always but I was sitting in enjoying my dinner and a deaf family walked in and they had An employee who signed! I was blown away how awesome that was. Love this location.

I’m personally a fan of Chipotle. I will say they don’t have a huge variety of options, especially when it comes to added toppings in your burrito or salad. If you want all different kinds of veggies or options you may want to check out Freebirds. Every time I have got in the girls have been friendly. I will say that there has been a time that my burrito seemed a little on the«light» side when it comes to how they are normally made.

I have been wanting to try Chipotle because I love burritos and hate Freebird World Burrito so I wanted to check out the competition. Gross. The steak was bland, chewy and indelible. The burrito was the shape of a cheese burger, there was nothing cylindrical about it. The rice was bland, the hyped guacamole was brown and nothing was evenly distributed. I had two bites and tossed it. As much as I don’t care for them, I will have to say Freebird is better. I can say the staff was pleasant and the restaurant was clean. We got there 30 minutes before closing but staff was fresh and polite. Too bad the food wasn’t.

Why are you doing this to me?! What have I ever done except love you and come to you every week and give you money?!! When others praise Freebird’s I always stick up for you. :-(… The past 4 times I’ve been to this particular Chipotle they have made my chicken burrito extra tiny and wrapped carelessly. Wrapped isn’t even the word for it. It’s folded and smushed into some foil. The lettuce is all over the place, when you bite into it, there are areas of tortilla that when they wrap it, it overlaps onto itself so it’s super thick with tortilla and you hafta peel it away but when you do it undoes itself like a sweater with loose yarn. I know it’s gonna overlap, but how they managed to wrap it to where it’s like 5 layers of tortilla from one damn tortilla is beyond me. I’m happy I’m alone when eating Chipotle b/c it’s the most unattractive, messiest thing ever. Hands-behind-the-back pie eating contests are carried out with more grace. I need a new Chipotle to go to.

I know what you’re thinking: seriously? a chipotle review? umm. but I felt obliged to review this location as I visit this particular location so often! I definitely enjoy this location’s patio & proximity to shopping joints such as dsw & marshall’s. only con is lunch time traffic in this shopping center, but it’s manageable.

Do yourself a favor and go to the new location on Anderson Ln instead. This location skimps on ingredients and is located in the terribly designed Arbor Walk shopping center. The 50 speed bumps, pedestrians that think they can just walk in front of moving cars, and lack of entrances/exits make this one of the most frustrating shopping centers to navigate I’ve ever been to. P. S. don’t even think about the salad dressing. It has 25+ grams of fat ALONE. Pure oil.
