Not sure if manager or coworker, but she rudely accused my friend of stealing a belt. Didn’t even ask if it was his, she just raised her voice and told him to give back their belt. Until she noticed it didn’t belong to them and just shrugged and said never mind. Didn’t seem to care that she just accused a customer of theft for no apparent reason.

Manager here is very rude. Having a flamboyant personality should never be an excuse to call your co-worker a liar or to be very rude to a calm customer, both of which he did. He was extremely unprofessional. I used to work at The Limited. We don’t treat people this way. Avoid this store!

I stopped by the Express Domain location this afternoon to return a few items I bought online that did not work out. The guy who was at the register was totally rude. Since I was returning so much he asked«so do you usually buy a bunch of stuff and then just return it? It just seems sketchy to me that you’re returning all of this». By «sketchy» me may have been accusing me of wearing the things or stealing them and then returning them even though I had the original tags still on and one of the items was a winter coat which I wouldn’t have worn in 70* weather. What difference does it make to him and his pocket if I buy clothes online and return them to a store? If someone at that store was going to approach me about this«situation» it should have been a manager. No wonder this location doesn’t even have 3 stars.

I had a horrible experience at this Express location this last Sunday 5÷18÷14 and have contacted the Corporate office to complain. I normally only Unilocal positive things, but their POOR customer service has lead me to do otherwise.

I didn’t purchase anything but, I was waiting on a friend who was shopping in the men’s side of the store, I am giving this a 4 star review based on one of the funniest salesmen I have ever seen! So, I am looking at this brown and white polka dot blouse and I notice this women intently rummaging through the stack of clothes looking for her size. The sales guy comes over and says mam what size are you looking for because honey you look like you have a vendetta against those shirts bahaha! I couldn’t help but, laugh out loud! That made my day!

I have a love hate relationship with Express stores. I LOVE the clothes, and could easily find something here anytime I walk in the store, but I have yet to find a location that hires people who enjoy their job, or know what customer service means. I see a lot of people working here, but not sure what they are doing. The store itself is fine. Clearly marked the left side is girls, and the right side men. They have some pretty good sales and coupons if you are a NEXT rewards card member(and no it’s not the NEXT credit card). I have shopped at Express for awhile, and no one except for today has told me about this card, and yet they said they have had it for awhile. I have only ever had people tell me about the credit card. Plus, there was one girl, that begrudgingly tried to help me with some questions regarding dresses. So I gave an extra star for the service here, as it was a tad bit better than I have had before. I swear there must be a policy AGAINST smiling, because I haven’t ever seen any of the employees smile. The fitting rooms were decently clean, just be careful that the door doesn’t slam shut behind you and lock you out. The lighting in the fitting rooms was pretty dim. So I kept having to go out to check things in the brighter light.

Same crappy people still working there… I guess management is really doing their job!!! Get rid of the very unfriendly Indian girl… or teach her manners and customer service.

My favorite place to shop for clothes and the Domain store is first rate. I find it really, really hard to find clothes that fit, express clothes fit. I bring my coupons(always use the express coupons for store purchases, they’re good). It’s a buy 1 get the 2nd at 50% off special — cool. I ask the manager, who was super helpful and sweet, if the coupon worked with the deal. Yes! I end up with two pairs of jeans that I love though I’d never pay full price for them. Umm, special on belts if you’re buying jeans. Can’t resist that. Hard to find my size, but I see one that is just perfect, and my size. I try it on, wtf?, way to big. I check the size, 32″, that has to fit. Then I compare it to some 34″ belts, same size. I tell the manager and she says no problem, she’ll get it for me online. Orders it, applies the in-store $ 10 off discount and asks me if it’s ok to remove the shipping charges. Sweet Service. Great clothes, good prices(with the discounts I paid 50% of the retail price), and great service. Note to the Ladies: They also have some really cute tiger print bras, just saying. I’m not sure if tiger print on bras triggers the«crazy women wear animal prints» rule or not. I’ve never encountered one of those in the wild so I don’t have any data.
