Vans

To be fair, I was a kind of grumpy to the manager after having been accused of wearing a pair of shoes I was trying to exchange for the next size up multiple times (in reality I had worn them while I was indoors at the mall I originally bought them for about an hour before I decided they were just a tad small. By then the vans store there was closed). The fact that that apparently made them un-​resellable (is that a word I just made up?) has more to do with the shitty construction of the shoes themselves than this store, so I feel guilty for being huffy when met with opposition. She ultimately did right by me and exchanged them (probably to get me tf out of there… as a customer service employee, I’m familiar with this approach, haha…) and I appreciate it.
