When an extremely aggressive cancer has invaded your body and needs to be removed immediately, you will want to be in Dr. Declan Fleming’s caring hands. He is an artist with the fine needlework and I have 2 perfectly stitched scars as evidence.
The nuclear medicine included 4 shots of radioactive enzymes injected into the cancer site and was the most painful part of the procedure. The radioactive stuff helps him know which lymph node (s) needs to be removed.
Dr. Fleming is super smart, top of his field, confident, has a great sense of humor, and is willing to deal with the many crazy questions and emotions that surround a cancer surgery. He is charming and sensitive and wonderful.
