Gaia’s Permaculture Design and Landscape

Ross is one of the most passionate, honest and fabulous landscape design people I have ever met. He did an amazing design for drought tolerant landscaping and was super creative but also cost effective at the same time. He started and ende both my front yard and back yard project on time and on budget. He came up with creative ways to save me some costs and was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. I continue to use him for ongoing landscaping care and would recommend him to anyone. My yard is more beautiful than I ever expected and it was an entire front and backyard re-​landscape project in the Travis Heights area.

Ross and his crew did an AWESOME job designing and executing our landscaping recently. Our front yard was way overgrown and lacked curb appeal. Plus, our back yard lacked attention to detail after another company installed a patio last year and needed to be freshened up.
Ross came out, took some measurements and created a design he shared with us promptly. He came back over to review the details and recommend some plants we might want to consider based on our heavy shade and desire for low-​maintenance. The work performed included tree removal, trimming large and small trees, cleaning out a huge old garden bed and replacing the rubber edging with natural stone, planting all of the new greenery we selected, creating a drainage system and swail to carry water that was pooling near our foundation away from the house, spreading 12 yards of Brazos stone throughout the new garden and creating a pathway of larger natural stones, replacing numerous sprinkler heads that were damaged by a different company and they even installed some new gutters!
As you can see, quite a bit of work was completed and this was all done on schedule and within budget over the span of 1 week. Many of our neighbors have complimented us on the new look and we have noticed a lot of folks driving by slowly to check out our new garden. Ross and his team were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely do business with them again. In fact, we plan on calling Gaia’s for all of our lawn care needs in the future!
