H2 Lawnworks

I had two good experiences with these guys. They did a really nice job of cutting down shrubbery/​general yard cleanup. I was due for a shrub clean-​up again and called them recently. I told the receptionist I was also interested in some landscaping. She called me back and left me a message I couldn’t understand, so I called her back. She talked quickly and I still didn’t understand what she said. Then she hung up on me. I called back thinking maybe it was a disconnection. This time I finally understood what she was saying. They were too busy for landscaping services. She said goodbye and was about to hang up on me again, so I forcefully said «Wait, wait, wait! How far out are you booked?» She couldn’t give me a date. Bad communication guys. I could have waited, so you lost a customer.

I know I’m bucking the trend here, but I can only review my experience. After seeing the reviews on Unilocal,I was sure I’d found the right company to turn my barren wasteland into a lush backyard. They might have been the right company if they had actually bothered to respond to my attempt to contact them through their website.
Don’t put a button on the page that says, «Click here — Receive a reply in 24 hours» if you’re not going to follow through. It makes you look like bad. And gets you one-​star reviews.

After spending a week calling several other lawn services that never responded to us we landed on H2 Lawnworks.
We called them yesterday morning and that afternoon Juan came out to give us an estimate. Juan was super friendly and a joy to speak with! The estimate he gave us for the initial service was very appropriate and reasonable considering our overgrown, jungle of a backyard.
This morning they had 3 of their guys (just as friendly as Juan) out and now our lawn is mowed. No more picking burs out of our puppy’s hair!
Easy, friendly, quick, affordable. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Almost two years later and H2 Lawnworks is still going strong! I love their customer service, staff, and prices.

Very pleased with H2… they came out, did a quick estimate and I found their prices to be more than reasonable. The final product looks fantastic, and I’ll definitely be using them for any and all of my landscaping projects in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I just called these guys this morning and they came out the same day to tame the wilderness that was my back yard. We hadn’t mowed in a month — not since our old faithful mower stopped being so faithful — and it was seriously a f*cking jungle out there.
They got started right away, finished up the front and back yards in an hour, and neatly edged around all of my «gardens» (which are really just weird plants stuck in weird places with no barriers of any kind demarcating them from the rest of the weeds) with care and attention to detail.
I’m totally not going to bother fixing my mower now. H2 all the way!
