They are very kind and explained the product they used and let me know it safe for my children if they get into. Its non poisonous and made my mind at ease. I like his personality and friendly. i would recommend them to everyone who needs a professional exterminator.

I really liked working with them! The customer service people were great. I had a ridiculous nest of carpenter ants nesting in the siding of my house. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is because the first treatment wasn’t completely effective. They came out again and did a second treatment and it worked out great!

I called J&J Pest Control for an ant problem I had, they were very helpful no high pressure sales, they even showed me what I needed to do the job myself. I did call a tech he was very professional, on time and explained the treatment process. I have not seen an ant since his visit.
I really like the staff, really nice and helpful, If I have another insect problem J&J will get the phone call, because I know they will take care of me.

I have been using J&J for my home (s) since 1997. We had the same tech, Mike, for 5 years at our first house, then he followed us to our second home. He moved into a different area so we got a new tech, Becky.
She is awesome! We are so comfortable with her in our home after 9 years that when she is here for her visit which is usually early on Saturday mornings, I can stay in my PJ’s, drinking my coffee while she does her thing. She has actually sprayed in our master bedroom while my husband is sound asleep!
She is so professional and friendly! I can’t imagine that we would use anyone else!
