I found them through Craig’s list and did all business via email. I wish all Craig’s list dealings were so smooth and professional.
I sent him a photo of my trash pile and he gave an estimate before seeing it. I also inquired if he could haul off a bunch of paint cans, and he said he is not licensed to haul hazardous materials, which I respect. Due to a miscommunication, he had given a quote not realizing that the pile was not close enough to the street to back his truck up to, and so it took him much longer to load than he had anticipated. But he still honored his original quote, and did so politely. He sent before and after pictures of the cleanup site via email, and sent a PayPal invoice, which made payment super easy. I would definitely do business with again, and recommend him to any one.

It would be nice if everyone business operated the way this one does. I called up, and this service was not exactly what I was looking for. I was seeking someone to carry a giant old TV and an old washer down from the second floor of my house and dispose of it. He explained that he doesn’t carry insurance to move stuff inside a home. He picks up stuff from the garage or outside the front door. He then offered a wide range of suggestions for other services that I could use that might do what I was seeking. I was so impressed with him, that I decided I would rather find someone to help me carry the stuff down to the garage and then use his service.
