I’ve been training with Paul for three months and have seen huge improvements in my strength and fitness. I appreciate Paul’s experience in Olympic lifting to make sure I’m always using correct form. He makes micro adjustments every time we lift, soon always improving.
Paul always incorporates exercises that target a variety of muscle groups to increase the effectiveness of each exercise. He packs a full workout into 30 intense minutes and I always feel great when I’m done.
I feel lucky to have found such an extremely knowledgeable, experienced, kind and motivating coach to take my fitness to the next level.

I’ve been training with Paul for almost two years now and plan on sticking around for many more. Paul’s ability to work with my limitations has shown me that I’m capable of a lot more than I allowed myself to believe. He’s been patient with my recovery time (knee surgery) and encouraging at the same time. When I start to doubt my ability he’s there to push me through it or adjust the form to cater to my needs.
I’ve gotten so much stronger and confident working with Paul and recommend him to anyone that’s looking to up their fitness game. His prices are great, location is convenient, schedule is always easy to work with and he’s an overall great trainer.

Paul is a great personal trainer. I saw significant gains in my 6 months of training with him. He is smart and always current on the latest information. He himself, is a power lifter, which I think really benefits his clients, because they are working with someone who «walks the walk».

I have been training with Paul for the past 4 months and have put on more muscle while continuing to slim down. i have put 30 lbs on my max power clean, 40 lbs on my bench, 30 lbs on my dead lift and 40 lbs on my squat. He knows what exercises give the most bang for the buck and doesn’t waste time. Each program is tailored to the individual with constant goal setting and reviews. If you have any doubt just drop in for the 30 minute free trial. Paul is the best you will find in town and the best value.

Paul is a power lifting coach and he’s damn good at what he does. He’s not your typical gym rat, he’s a scholar of the sport and a coach to help you achieve specific goals that you and he will determine together.
