IHOP

Bad service we waited. For our food like 40 mins and gave me wrong order How long does it takes. To cook eggs? And I. Am seeing they use the microwave a lot. That’s why French toast. Is soggy !!! The manager. Does not care and did not even apologize

This is one of the rudest staff places I have been. After the service tonight I will not be returning to this IHOP. Called in a order to pick up. Normally call in a order once a week due to this place being right around the corner from work. Managers name was Angela. Called and spoke to her. Stated she didnt want to do over the phone orders any more due to others call and dont show. I explained to her that I normally call once a week. She was very rude with the tone and attitude. I asked to speak to the manager and duty and she replied «thats me»… I ended up hanging up.

Purely based on the men’s room. It was filthy. Definite appetite loser. And no excuse for it since they were almost completely empty the whole time we were there.

I love IHOP. This was my 1^st time at this location and I won’t be back. The service was terrible, my eggs were ice cold, the server gave us (3people) enough coffee for a ½ cup each, my double blueberry pancakes had 2 just 2 blueberries in each one. The silverware was filthy and after him bringing us 3 more sets, i finally just cleaned them with some hand sanitizer

My favorite ihop and experience here yet!

We walked in to see no one at the front counter to seat us and waited to be added to the list as a party of 2. Until finally someone came over and sat us along with another party of 3. The other party’s drink order was taken before ours and we didn’t get our drink order taken until they received their drinks. Then we proceeded to wait 40 minutes for our food, in these 40 minutes the party of 3 beside us ordered, got their food, finished eating AND PAID THEIR BILL all before we even got our meal. Not to mention never once did we get a refill or even glanced at in wonder as to why we didn’t have any food in front of us. Absolutely no one found it strange that we sat there for the better part of an hour waiting while everyone else was getting served. Because apparently we look like the kind of people who come into IHOP just to sit around and sip coffee until it’s gone cold. To add insult to injury, however, our lovely waitress, Stephanie, was cheery and perky as ever every time she came by our table after we got our food like nothing was wrong. Meanwhile, we were both pretty sure our food sat under the heat lamps for a while before they made their way to us as my pickle was completely bone dry by the time I got it. All the moisture was sucked out of my pickle just like all the hope I had for a good meal. Overall, the experience was extremely unpleasant and our waitress’ attempt to overcompensate with a too-​bright smile just made things worse. Please don’t try to make friends with us after you know good and well that we were unhappy the entire time. Also, understand that we are usually very easy and low maintenance customers but this experience could have made even the most laid back people angry. I would give 0 stars if I could.

It’s normal IHOP! I got eggs and hash browns with pumpkin spice waffles which were okay and not that great. I also got Swiss mocha which was terrible! It wasn’t even hot enough and the whole thing was very bitter with a lot of whip cream. I didn’t feel like drinking it and it was too expensive for IHOP standards.

I live in the neighborhood. 4^th Time in. Horrible every time. I like IHOP. This one is poorly managed. Second time waited 20 minutes for a table with only 2 tables sat at the time we walked in. Front of house is not managed well.

It’s your average IHOP. You can’t go in expecting perfection, you go in expecting eggs, bacon and whatnot. Servers are friendly and on point. The food was good, no complaints here. Only three stars because when we walked in, there was a group of people before us that hadn’t even been spoken to yet. After a few minutes a guy came up and started asking for people’s name to add them to the waiting list. Apparently they are short staffed on the bussers, because more than half of the tables were full of dirty dishes. After about 10 minutes our name was called and we were seated. Like I said, service was great, food was good. I will return cause it’s the closest IHOP to my house and they offer free refills on their ICED COFFEE!!! Plus they will give you a to-​go one as well.

Shady place; we were looking for a place for a late night dinner and tried this IHOP. Walked into the restaurant and saw someone with multiple stars tattooed on their face, a guy that looked strung out on drugs, and another guy that had a shirt that said «fitness forever» (keep in mind this is an IHOP) Overall, the place seemed dirty and unkempt; we ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

Came here today for Easter Sunday breakfast and though they were packed, we waited only 10 minutes and everyone was still very friendly!

I was looking forward to breakfast here this morning. The reviews were fairly decent for this location. Wasn’t any wait at 9:00 a.m. My friends and I were given a table and seated quickly. I ordered the 55+ Rise and Shine Breakfast with eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast and the coffee of course with a pot that is left on table. My friends and I discussed the tiny cups they serve their coffee in. The food was lukewarm and that’s giving them a little more credit. 30 more seconds and it would have been cold. Everyone else had pancakes. One had the egg white omelette. I didn’t send it back. If it had cost more money, I would have but didn’t want everyone waiting on me. I won’t go back to this IHOP The server was nice but food was meh!

The regular milk was soured, but the waiter was swift and adorable. Chocolate milk was sweet, bulky and correctly off my radar for the past 25 years. Much like IHOP. Had it really been over 10 years since I’d tried one?
The menu now has a LOT of pictures. There’s a photo for almost every dish, so it’s like eight pages of food styling. So yes, I flipped through the regular menu and the holiday menu at least three times. And now there’s fried food! It’s more like a sonic for lunch options. I tried a single pancake, it was ok.
Sometimes in life, you just need to sit down and have a Coca-​Cola. And sometimes you end up at an IHOP, where they only serve Pepsi. There’s nothing wrong with it, but it’s probably not what you would have chosen first. At least it’s calm, quiet, and staffed by funny waiters. And cheap!

What’s not to love! Even as a fan of paleo eating I was able to find ample menu items to enjoy! Mmmmmm, just thinking about it I’m getting hungry again!

If you live in the Spyglass neighborhood, you’ve got two restaurants you can walk to for dinner: IHOP and Texas Land and Cattle. I like to walk places, so I end up here maybe more than I should.
This place gets four stars relative to other IHOPs. It’s never going to be fine dining, but it’s cheap, relatively fast, and filling. You can get dinner for two here for like, $ 16, which is pretty rad. I’ve never had a mean server or a long wait.
Minor bitch: It is ALWAYS freezing in here. Bring a sweater or a parka or a capelet or something.
I’m a fan of the chocolate chip pancakes and home fries, which comes to a total of something totally horrifying like 1200 calories.
Minor bitch #2: I wish they let adults order the smiley face pancake, ‘cuz I’d be all over that.

This IHOP was the best one I’ve ever been to. They were super slammed from ACL Fest that weekend and still managed to give me great customer service. Very friendly staff, which was surprising considering how nutty it was with all the people there. I would’ve been a lot crankier if I had to work in that environment.
The manager was very helpful and courteous. I was treated better at this IHOP than I was at some upscale restaurants. My to-​go order came out quickly, even though it was very busy. I’ve found my new IHOP I will be frequenting!

Hey it’s iHop. Your either a fan of it’s food and prices or you’re not. However, I’ve got to mention Luis our wait person. Great!!! Friendly, attentive and personable. All the making’s of a great waiter!

Had a great scrambled egg & pancake breakfast. I liked the fact that we were able to order from the child’s menu. It was PERFECT! 1 egg, 1 pancake & 2 links-​just my size & you can’t beat $ 3.99!

My boys and I went here last Sunday before going to Peter Pan putt putt. The service was good, and the food was very consistent of what you would expect from IHOP. I will be back if I’m in the area.

My friends and I call this «the good IHOP.» The staff is great.
As for the food, it’s IHOP, you know what you’re getting.
