This is the worst JIB I have been to, worst possible customer service and food

Good place for some great, fast 2 for $.99 tacos any time of day or night. It can get a little crowded inside at lunch time, but I usually use the drive thru so no worries. I haven’t had any great or horrible experiences here, just consistently normal fast food type interactions. It is convenient to get in and out of, so that’s nice.

I came here last night & got worse service than when I used to go @ 3:30am on my graveyard lunch break. I got better quality food and customer care in the middle of the night than at actual dinner time. The girl at the window lost my order & asked me three times if I had a strawberry shake. NO. My order did not magically turn into a strawberry shake after you already asked me once. Get me my side salad & value fries! Finally a senior member came & retook my order. After waiting all that time I received old stale fries. They were cold and mushy, not hot & crisp. AND they were packed in the same bag as my chilled salad. Who packs hot foods with a cold salad?! Well, if my fries were actually fresh this would have been a problem. Their salads always have freezer burn– adjust your settings! And my mini pancakes were bland lukewarm chewy sponges. Ugh. To finish off this experience was not one napkin in the bag. I know this is fast food, but seriously?!

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and an ultimate bfast sandwich sub croissant… you know what I got? A burger and a bacon/egg/cheese on a bun(wrong sandwich once, wrong sandwich twice, wrong bread)…GETYOURSHITTOGETHER and serve my drunk ass. Bye girl.

Not very sincere at all, haste full and impatient. Need workers that speak English please.

I remember when this place used to be EMPTY. Yes, this was because it was next to the unemployment resource center. As a rule, unemployed people do not have loads of cash to go spend on fast food. And fast food does not take food stamps. It was so EASY to get your order – and eat in peace. It was nice to come and just read for uninterupted quiet time. Well, now that ACC opened their new campus, this place is a madhouse. Students come over here for cheaper snacks than their on-campus concession stand. And the poor staff cannot keep up with the orders. They work as fast as humanly possible. But it’s noisy and crowded. It’s best just to get your order and leave, quickly.

I don’t know why this place has such good reviews. I visited last night, and couldn’t get any sort of service from anyone. They saw me at the counter. I was the only one standing there, waiting. I made eye contact with them. They didn’t make a move. I went up the street and gave Wendy’s the business I had tried to give to Jack In The Box.

Standard Jack in the Box food. The drive thru guy was very nice.

The staff were friendly and the service was good. But seeing the manager drop my chicken on the floor, pick it up off the floor, then reach into the box of frozen chicken for more to drop severely degraded my score. That added to my wife’s cold hamburger made the visit less than stellar at best. Will not return.

Went there late last night, drive thru took forever even though no one was in the line expect for me. The person at the window was rude, I asked for ranch dipping sauce they gave me honey mustard instead 0_o Won’t be coming back to this Jack in the Crack!

star #1 for cheap food. Yay! Cheap Food. star #2 for GREAT customer service. The receipt says the cashier’s name is Jaquline. Super friendly and service with a smile. She said she was sorry for the wait because i was apparently kinda agged about how long it took for her to get to me, fast food should be fast, but who am i to demand quick service i’m just trying to waste time while my car is being serviced for a few hours. As soon as i saw that she was friendly and looked like she enjoyed her job i totally forgot about what neighborhood i was in. star #3 quality of food edibleness… excited i got a choice between bacon or sausage on my breakfast platter… with the scrambled eggs and hash brown sticks and mini pancakes. Sure there’s better breakfasts to be had elsewhere, but the jack in the box was closest to the Firestone and the food didn’t suck. OH!!! and then there is the coca-cola fountain with the 100+ flavors =) how awesome ok soooooo… star #4 for the 100+flavor coca-cola fountain. star #5 for being close to highland mall, Texas Worksource or whatever they call it now, and Firestone and not tooooooo far from greyhound station either, but probably to far for a layover. Of course Jack in the Box was always good stoner food back in high school when i was into being a stoner =b

This Jack in the Box is filthy. Good fast food service, and decent food. But disgusting. Every table dirty, floor looks like it hasn’t been mopped in days. I had just a few bites of food, and both me and my guest were so grossed out we dumped the food and left. Stay away from this location!

Jack in the box is your standard fast food. Honestly I would never eat there, but it is my favorite hangover remody.

This Jack in the Box has some good longterm employees that I’ve seen. One lady is particularly nice to customers. I’ve never gotten sick eating here and the food taste is fine(for fast food). One star was deducted for the neighborhood – a stranger once sat next to me and asked for money. He also wouldn’t leave me alone until I gave him something. If you come here, maybe you should sit closer to the counter. That was probably an isolated incident, though – usually when I come in there are lots of young mothers with little kids or groups of teenagers. I probably wouldn’t eat here after dark. This Jack in the Box is conveniently located at an intersection with the Highland Mall Metro Station along Airport Blvd.

I’m a fan. I even order«off the menu» here(Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich). The mango smoothies. are. so. d-lish. And I don’t care what kind of nonmeat is in them, I love the 2 for 99 cents tacos. I order them with extra lettuce because I’m not too proud to ask for extra stuff on a 49.5 cent item. And the mini cows commercial. C’mon, that’s funny stuff.

Look! It’s a Jack! And it’s in a crack! Seriously — how can Jack in the Crack ever get more than 3 stars? Don’t get me wrong, this place is convenient to where I work and has been as good as a Jack in the Crack can be, but come on folks…4 stars for Jack in the Crack?

OK… I know its Jack in the Box… but have you tried their Acapulco chicken salad??? Cilantro Lime dressing, blue tortilla strips on top, jalap. jack chez, and a lime to squeeze on it. I double checked the bag… I was still at Jack in the crack. That was the best fast-food salad I’ve ever had! I just had to tell someone…
