Best Whataburger I have ever been to. The quality of food here is so good and the service is AMAZING! Seriously this is the best group of workers I have ever encountered. They even were so kind to make me breakfast still Ben though I was a few minutes after it ended all just to make me happy! That is amazing service! I will def go to of my way to come to this location from now on!

Good fries, very good burgers, but the service is about what you’d expect from any fast-food restaurant these days… spotty. The server handed me my order but it didn’t take long to realize it wasn’t close to being my order, and about that time the manager was heading toward me to snatch the bag away from me. A couple of minutes later I got MY order. So from that point on it was fine. Next time I will check the bag before I leave the counter.

Ordered through the drive thru a whataburger with no onions and a small fry and got onions all over my burger and no fries.

This is the best Whataburger I’ve been to. I’m in and out within two minutes. The service is magnificent. The GM is a great guy that deals with any troubleshooting in a prompt way. Eat here, now.

Solid for a drive through restaurant. The wait is significantly larger than somewhere like McD/Wendys/Burgerking/etc. but it is worth the extra time spent sitting in your car. Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits are quite possibly the best hangover breakfast possible.

Contrary to popular belief, not all Whataburgers are created equal. This is probably the worst one I’ve been to, and I live not too far from the one on Lamar and Rundberg(which is only marginally better). When I drove through, it was before midnight on a Wednesday. So, not too late. Middle of the week. The drive thru was awfully, PAINFULLY slow. The dude took forever to get on the intercom to ask what I wanted. It seems that the car in front of me just sat at the window for five minutes, waiting for their food. Once I pulled up, my window experience was just as slow. I ordered a burger, so it really shouldn’t have taken as long as it did. But, with everything taking so long, I assumed that everything would be hot, fresh, and delicious. When I grabbed some fries out of the bag(you know, as you do) on the way home, they were disappointingly not hot at all. Not quite cold, but certainly not what I’ve come to expect. When I attacked the burger when I got home, it was the same way, and barely edible. I think I took, maybe 4 bites before throwing it away. So, the drive through takes FOREVER and the food is cold?! Not cool, Whataburger, not cool(pun only sort of intended). From now on, I think I’ll make the slightly longer trek to the Braker/35 location, instead.

OK, it is a fast food burger joint. It is, however, something that gives me a guilty pleasure that is unsurpassed by other burger joints. I love the greasy cheesey Monterey Melt. It is way to much to eat but, it goes down real smooth.

I know it takes a while to make fast food«fresh». But when you order a combo and have to wait 10 minutes, at least give me my drink while I wait. Also, could the staff not hang out and gossip all day? It’s affecting your work. You want to make more money? Well be good at your job.

Very well-ran Whataburger with excellent customer service. Clean, fast, and delicious! The General Manager, Marvan, was very welcoming and pleasant!

I feel strange to be writing a 4 star review of a fast food place but, the burger was that good! Cashier: «What would you like today?» Me: «Not sure, I have never been to Whataburger!» Chasier: «Really(slight gasp and a puzzled look)!» Me: Ok I guess I am the only one on the planet who hasn’t been to a Whaterburger!“ All joking aside she was very helpful and super happy to be working there or at least she played it off like she did! I chose the avocado bacon burger with fries and a beverage. The burger was huge with fresh avocado served on Texas toast. OMG this sandwich was so good, I almost wish that I had not eaten it because now I am hooked. The meat could have been a little larger so, it matched up with the toast and the bacon could have been crispier but, overall I give it a 4 star rating! The spicy sauce on it was out of this world and went well with the avocado! The fries weren’t my favorite but, they weren’t bad! What I did like is when she brought out my food to go to the table I was sitting at she came with a tray of condiments and wasn’t stingy! She gave me both the regular ketchup and the spicy ketchup! My vote? Get the spicy ketchup because it isn’t that spicy but, has a good Tabasco flavor! I guess eating here makes me a real Texan now???

Love Whataburger but this place stinks. They have gotten my order wrong 4 times in a row. One time they left half the order out. An entire meal out of two.

Standard good burger. It’s slow bc they cook them after you order aka fresh. Just like all whataburgers. Totally worth the whole 4 minutes we waited. I prefer fresh over the fast food places that have cooked patties under a lamp. Fries were fresh out of the fryer. My favorite guilty pleasure is always #1 from here

The people who work here are nice, but going through the drive through they always forget something and it takes a while. My boyfriend went through once and got a combo but all that was in the bag was fries. This has happened to him several times. They’ll be slow and they’ll forget something. One time we decided to avoid having to make the trip back and we ate in the dining room. They put something wrong on the order and he had to return it. Fast food is supposed to be CONVENIENTANDFAST, Y’ALL! Whataburger is amazing, don’t misread me, but avoid this one unless you’re going inside where you can correct the wrong order.

Relocated from Seattle, this place was recommended by fellow coworker in WA. So after a full day of unpacking, my husband and I made a late nite Friday evening fast food stop. Glad we stopped at this particular location. My first hamburger at whataburger was pretty delicious. It kind of reminded me of a bigger version of a burger from«dicks» in seattle. These burgers are definitely made for someone with a hearty appetite. The fries were crisp, the chicken tenders that my husband got were pretty yummy as well. I like the variety of sauces you can have with your fries. In short, we’ll be back! Kudos to the young woman server we had tonight., She was very friendly and helpful.

If you don’t have a Whataburger in your state, try it out, why not? Nothing special but the fries and burgers were appropriate fast-food grade. I would go here before McDonalds.

Always like Whataburger, but this location is consistently slow. Ive been here when its packed, and when there’s no line in drive thru. And still, there always seems to be an extended wait. I appreciate the fact that its fresh, but its also fast food. Also they just forgot my fries –_–

WHATISWITHTEXAS&WHATABURGER?! Not good.(To be fair– I hate In N Out also). This is one of few places near my work that is open during off hours & it is so unfortunate… I realize I am not able to comment on their actual burgers, but how can you mess up side dishes?! — not having a veggie burger option — pale, bland, soggy fries when I specifically asked for hot and extra crispy — $ 7 for a «garden» side salad with nothing but old iceberg lettuce and a couple sad cherry tomatoes. rip off! — SLOWWW drive-thru service & rude cashier. sorry you hate your life & your job — stingy on sauce. seriously– only 1 ketchup allowed & an extra charge for 1 ranch?! No, Texas, no.

I’ve been waiting for the right moment to make my triumphant return to WhatABurger and today was that moment. After a hard days work I wanted one thing… You see I don’t know if any of you are familiar with the old WhatABurger commercials with the old man narrating food being made at WhatABurger but his voice was basically the Morgan Freeman of food commercials. The way he had a way with words he could of talked me into robbing a bank, or voting for Obama, or punching a baby even and not understand why it was bad when he made it sound so good. I pulled up craving a chopped house cheddar burger which is amazing as it sounds but then I noticed an old man sitting next to me in my car. «What the $@€%!» I yelled as I attempted to leave my car but he locked the door… He grabbed my shoulder and told me «Calm down there piggy I ain’t gonna hurt ya…» I couldn’t say anything back to him because I was frozen with shock. «Now why do you wanna get a plain old cheddar house burger son? Ain’t that what you always get cow polk?» At this point all I could muster out was. «Are you going to have your way with me sir?» To which he replied with… «What? NOOOO! Jesus son what in tar nations has gotten into you? I’m here to tell ya to spice things up a little son» I then said to him«Wait are you here to convince me to get the number 5?» He then nodded at me and said… «That’s exactly why I’m here son… You can’t say no to crispy bacon smothered in cheddar cheese cemented on a 100% all beef patty decorated with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions… Can I tell you a secret son?» Obviously I said, «Sure» and he said… «You can substitute the bread for Texas Toast ya know? That’s right hot buttered Texas toast that’s toasted to perfection son at no extra cost to you…» I was sold… I immediately reached for the bear mace under my seat my seat which my parents bought me before I moved to Indiana and maces the old man and finally got him to leave me car and I placed my order. «The number 5 please what a sized with a diet dr… With a regular Dr Pepper please!» When I pulled up to the window the African American women said«Hello there Sugar! How you doin today?» No I’m not racist in any way but any older black women who calls me «Sugar» automatically goes into my will. There’s no higher accomplishment than being called«Sugar» by a older black women Bubba. I took my food home and remembered life’s all about the little things… Like dipping your burger in the spicy ketchup from WhatABurger… On a side note I used to only visit WhatABurger during then hours of 3am to 5am while extremely intoxicated but I’ve changed me ways. I love you WhatABurger… I also recommend the A-1 Thick and Hearty on Texas toast oh and don’t tell everyone my little secret of substituting the buns for Texas toast Bubba! ;)

I never thought I’d give a fast food chain a 5 star review, but their service is impeccable. I’ve been to this location several times, so it’s not just a fluke. Their manners are so amazing I’ve asked to speak to the manager several times to praise employees. I’ve even wanted to tip them, but as far as I’ve been told, they aren’t allowed to take tips. Food is hot and fresh. Can’t get any better for a chain.
