I’ll never go to Subway again. This is my favorite place for sandwiches. Good prices & super yummy! I think the staff knows me by now. Lol A+ :)

Get the chipotle Philly cheesesteak. Super friendly staff. You are gonna like the bald guy.

I hadn’t encountered this chain prior to Austin but I have to report that the food is good, the prices are decent for what you get and the service is quite fast. While I wouldn’t always go out of my way for this place I could see myself visiting it again in the future to try a wide variety of sub sandwiches when I am in the mood for them. The best way to go is to order with the Roast Beef. It is very good!

We visited them today and the two gentlemen present treated us like royalty. I only ever have their cheesesteaks, which are freshly made and tasty, particularly with cherry peppers. Their bread is airy and delicious. In the end, these guys made our lunch experience there wonderful. We joked and chatted, they checked in on us while we ate, and my family loved time there.

Three stars because the staff is always iffy. There’s usually one person either new or down right unfriendly behind the counter. I cannot contest the sandwich, which generally tastes good, especially with chili relish. Other than that, just a cookie cutter sub shop.

Not a fan of this place. I thought the sandwich was decent, but a little expensive for what you get. But the worst part is the tip screen on the credit card machine, which asks you how much you want to tip before you see the total. I have to believe that the cashier, who hasn’t even prepared your food yet, is aware of how much you tipped. I find that offputting. For a sandwich shop, tipping should not be forced on the customer like this. I haven’t been there in about a year so perhaps they have changed this practice. Either way, the food wasn’t good enough to make me want to find out.

My favorite sub shop by far! The sandwiches are always fresh, made to order and Bri and her team are awesome! I’ve frequented this location for years and there have been several new ones popping up in the surrounding areas. All their subs are still good but no one can beat the amazing customer service you get at this location. They handle the rushes like pros and are always so nice and they remember their repeat customers so it’s a very comfortable feeling when you walk in. The #9 is the way to go too! Their hot sandwiches are pretty tasty as well.

This is one of my favorite sandwich places. I really like that they cut the meat and cheese right in front of you, no slimy meats here. It always tastes good, the bread, meat, cheese and veggies all compliment each other. The staff here have always been friendly and nice. They also have a rewards program to receive points for free sandwiches. There are a couple televisions if you eat there to watch.

Friendliest staff ever. I would go in here just to talk to the staff, that’s how personable they are. And their subs, omg, they are delicious. We had a Jersey Mike’s where we lived in Katy and they were friendly and their food was fantastic and this location here blows them out of the water. My boyfriend likes extra extra extra extra extra extra(you get the point) mayo and they don’t hold back. They understand his strange addiction and unjudgingly add 5 layers of mayo onto his number 13. I normally get their Tuna. It tastes so good! Sometimes if you go to subway and get a tuna sandwich is tastes kind of metallic or just like mayonnaise mush, but Jersey Mike’s tastes fresh and isn’t complete mush. It’s really good Mike’s way but without tomatoes. If you don’t know what to do for dinner I definitely recommend this place. It’s delicious.

My husband picked up subs for us today from Jersey Mike’s and he said that while they were hopping busy, the line went quickly. The only issue he had was that they were going down the line asking people like, 15 down who could not see the menu board what they wanted — and being his first time, it made it difficult for him. Anyways, I got the turkey provalone and he got the club supreme. We both very much liked our subs — but mine seemed plain. If I had gone with, I may have been able to fix that though. I really like the fact that they cut the meats and everything right there. The bread was good as well. So… three stars. I’d like to try more of their stuff and write another review.

Whether you call it a sub, hoagie, hero, or grinder; to be great you got to have great bread. Soft in the middle with a crusty outter shell. Then go ahead and fill it with your favorite meats, veggies, and dressing. Because it doesn’t matter what your tastes are or what you call this sandwich, Jersey Mike’s is the best around. And the staff here is always friendly. If you want a real treat order a 99. It’s not on the menu. It’s a #56 and 43 combined. Basically a Philly Cheesesteak with the works and Chipotle Mayonaise. It is delicious.

Oh boy; We found another great sandwich place. I get a good feeling when I enter an establishment and see people possessed of intelligence. That was a good starter and our sandwiches were the«Icing on the cake» We both had cheesesteak sandwiches, I got the chipotle version .The system is like most sub places but the products delivered were superior. Go there.

I have been into sub sandwiches my entire life. As a teenager, my first two jobs were at sandwich shops. Since I’ve moved to Austin, I have grown to love thundercloud subs, until yesterday when I had Jersey Mike’s. A friend bought it for me so I didn’t get to go in and interact, but this is officially my favorite sub shop now! I’ll definitely return and recommend to friends.

The staff here is really great. They are pretty quick in getting orders out and I work nearby. It didn’t take long for them to recognize my face and they have great memories with my order(which isn’t even important, as sometimes I change it up, but it is nice). They have a rewards program which is cool. My favorite place to go for lunch. And there’s a torchy’s in this shopping center, which is saying something GREAT about this sandwich shop.

I had a friend who told me how good their subs were and I would say ok. How great can they be? Well last Sunday I bought a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and it was the best I have had in many years. Every bite was delicious, great quality steak and ingredients. Employees were upbeat and very friendly. Every time I took a bite I would think, «wow, that is good!» This is now the only place I will get a Philly sub. I bet the other subs are good too.

Jersey Mikes is one of the best sub places ever. I typically eat at lunch at the research blvd location. However in the evenings or weekends when i need my Jersey Mikes fix this is the location I go. The staff is always friendly and keep the place clean. Thanks for the Yummy Food! Life long customer here!

Jersey Girl decided to try out Jersey Mike’s. I make the drive out all the while trying to decide what I should get. Since it was a bit nippy out, I want something hot. The place has typical sandwich shop décor. Plastic tables, Big Board menu on the wall, racks of bagged snacks, and the L shaped work area. I walk over to stand under the ORDERHERE sign. The sandwich maker guy tells me to take my time and whenever I’m ready to order just tell him. The first thing I notice is they have a special on a # 11 so I look up at the menu. Intereasting, there is NO # 11 on the menu. So I grab a To Go menu, Nope, no #11 on that either. Later I checked their online menu, no, # 11 there either. Okay, so I go for the chicken parm. It takes a bit longer than a normal sandwich as they are cooking up the chicken as I watch. I fill up my soda cup and make sure the lid is on tight. My sandwich is ready so I grab and go. Once I get to my car, the lid pops off. Soda sloshes my car and me. Why can’t they get decent lids that fit. The ride home was torture with the sandwich smells permeate the entire car. My mouth was watering. Finally home and I bite into this sandwich. Real chicken that was moist and the coating was tasty. The sauce was good and the cheese was loaded on. Not bad. KC shows up and sniffs my sandwich. So I give him a little piece of chicken. He likes it. He kept trying to snatch my sandwich and I wouldn’t let him. I give him a couple more pieces. KC rates it a 5 star. I rate the sandwich a 4 star but deducted a star for the crappy lids and the mystery # 11. Unfortunately I had to compromise on the rating as KC sat on my keyboard until I caved in.
