Wait is always too long in this particular location they mix up the orders a lot and cocktail drinks never taste the same. I guess they do not follow the recipes and everyone has their own way of making the drinks.

After today, I can officially say this is a one star place. I am not sure where to start, so I’ll talk about how dirty the floor is ALLTHETIME. Behind the counter. In front of the counter. In the dining area. Even the bathroom. It’s almost like no one who works there looks down. Like ever. Not before they close the store. Not even when they come in to open it. I was there at 6:15 this morning. Before the rush. There had clearly not been enough traffic through the place for it to be that disgusting. I get that adding a drive-through increased your volume. I get that adding mobile order, again, increased your volume. I understand you have to prioritize customers over store maintenance sometimes. But not every day all day. And if your business has increased to the point where your customers are too disgusted to come back, hire a person to clean it all day for $ 10 an hour. It’s worth it. Trust me. The hot sticky heat that I usually encounter when I come in is enough to make me drive to Anderson Mill or Four Points. I live at El Salido. I am willing to travel to avoid this place. The barista’s are all but lifeless unless you’re an absolute regular(which my husband is) but tend to look at you like an alien from outer space if you’re not(even when he brings his family in with him). But you know, I’ve gotten old enough to speak up when I spend good money on things and it’s not what I ordered. Today I sent my latte back twice BECAUSEITDIDN’T HAVEESPRESSOINITEITHERTIME. Yeah — I almost paid $ 4.95 for barely steamed milk. I believe the girl was new, but if a customer orders a drink twice, make sure to check the second one. I took it up to the front and let another lady compare my drink to my husband’s, who ordered the same thing. There was clearly no coffee in mine, as if my first hand taste test wasn’t enough. She made it again, using a different machine and got it right. Apparently they have to «calibrate» the espresso machine. I’m assuming that the process of a barista making shots of espresso have become so mechanically automated that there is no way for her to possibly know they machine she made both drinks on was not working properly. REALLYSTARBUCKS? Let’s make sure to do this oh so important calibrating before the store opens next time. Maybe that person can sweep while they wait for the robot to warm up. Your prices keep going up. Your service and store experience is going down. The quality of the drink isn’t there. Why be a Gold Card member if I can’t stand trying to find a decent location to go to anymore?

It’s not that the drinks or food is ever bad — just the fact that I regularly drive to this location after work only to find the outside sign and drive thru lights off even though it’s usually about 9:20pm and they’re hours state that they’re open until 10pm. This has happened so often that I’ve stopped going just because I don’t want anyone spitting in my drink because I’ve inconvenienced their early closing(s).

Extremely slow drive through today. Appears 2 were working? But when i ordered a tall non fat, no foam latte, i should not get ½ cup of foam with ½ cup latte. It’s not what I requested!

Iiiiiiit’s a Starbucks. The barristas were pleasant, the wait was tolerable, and I was able to walk there from a nearby CVS while waiting for the Redi-clinic to open. Would prefer a local place, but this Starbuck’s is an acceptable Plan B.

It would take a lot for me to stop going to Starbucks. This location is convenient and has a drive through which is the only reason I ever go here. But it is awful. They *regularly* mess up my drink order(hot instead of iced, the wrong size, not enough shots, etc.), and don’t make drinks properly even when they are technically making the right thing that I ordered(i.e. an entire inch of thin bubbly foam that dissolves and leaves you with a half-full cup). The attitude is horrible, the service is slow, and I have NEVER been offered a free drink coupon despite the number of times they’ve screwed up my order. This is not a question of demanding free drinks; it’s the fact that they don’t acknowledge their mistake and attempt to make up for it, which is, quite simply, poor service. Even so, it is still a Starbucks, which means that the food is decent and the drinks, when made correctly, are great. Even a crappy Starbucks is better than a lot of other coffee places. If you go, expect to wait for a while for them to fix your drink after they screw it up the first time.

I’ve gotten great service at this location. Last time I was here I came in about 10 minutes before they closed. I apologized and order a caramel flan latte. I was pleasantly surprise that I didn’t get the rush service being that I’m sure the employees want to leave. I felt my drink was made with care and consistency I’ve come to expect from Starbucks when they are on point.

Yay!!! So close to home finally. Take my money, Starbucks. Some Starbucks won’t put milk and sugar in your coffee. They make you go to those little kiosks that have it all. This one will put in for you so you don’t have to take off that pain in the ass lid. This location is long overdue and I’m so glad it’s here!

Dumb a$$ people work here. Seriously waiting on my order they don’t even take my name which isn’t that part of the starbucks experience ordered two Venti iced Carmel macchiatos got one and was waiting eternity for the other until I snapped and asked how much longer would it be for my other identical drink. Turns out the one working the window took my drink for the drive thru orders while I was waiting for my other drink. Get it together people follow the rules maybe if you took my name to begin with you wouldn’t have fucked up my order ugh! Customer service sucks here I could get better service at McDonald’s. Why am I paying $ 5 for a cup of coffee to be treated like sh! t?

There’s this burnt-piss colored hair who works here who is a total bitch . First of all, get some purple shampoo cuz your hair looks nasty. its a starbucks, reminds me of a, uh, starbucks. Coffee is bitter, but hot. This location likes its music loud so conversations are somewhat difficult. Decent amount of seating. Lots of soccer moms in important meetings discussing homecoming themes and which banjo teachers are the best. Not one of the better business starbucks

HORRENDOUS customer service! I ordered a venti Cinnamon Dolce Latte in the drive-thru on a Friday evening after work. I got something with a sugar free(aka aspartame poison) instead. I am allergic… one sip and my mouth was swollen, etc.(I was ill for 3 days) There was a car accident on 620 or I would have turned around. I called immediately. The sub-mgr was apologetic and promised a refund AND some free drink vouchers. I went back, no one knew anything about it. The girl there had me write out what happened and leave my name and number. She promised me this mgr really takes care of her customers and will do better than a refund. 2 wks go by nothing. I stopped in again– the original guy I spoke with was there(said he remembered). He then asked how I paid… and handed me the exact change and said, «sorry». !!! Really?! I was poisoned, inconvenienced 3 times… and he’s worried about HOW I paid — for their accounting purposes… and…“sorry”?? Wow… overpriced, bitter corporate coffee I hate to support, but they monopolize the industry… they really can’t afford to go a little further for a customer when they screw up so tremendously?

As someone new to the area, I can say that this location is very quiet around 2pm on a Sunday. If you’re looking for a place to kick back and plan your week, it’s perfect. Lots of tables and the music was present, but low.

As good as any Starbucks I’ve been to. The staff is friendly, the drinks come out fast, and there’s normally a pretty good crowd hanging around chatting or working. They have a drive-thru, but I haven’t used it yet. Interior is clean, and all of my drinks have been made well. Not much else to say.

This seems to be a very popular location. The crew is very efficient; however, so don’t let a line dissuade you. The store front is small, bordering on claustrophobic, but there is a drive through and some outside seating. If you are getting coffee to go, this is a great location.

This Starbucks is awesome. It had a line out the wahzoo at the drive thru, but it seemed to be no problem for this Starbucks. I had my coffee in no time. Coffee fast makes me a very happy lady.

Nice location with a drive through. People are always friendly, service is efficient. Seating is always pretty filled up when I go in… it’s not a huge Starbucks. I’m always taking it to go, so this is not a problem for me.
