My first review. Drum roll please… Don’t mind the 1 star review(2 down from mine) from the guy(with either really thick eyebrows or a bad sharpie job-go get those taken care of and leave a review of your experience). KOGI Q is a real winner! Bulgogi plate you ask? Easy two thumbs up for this flavorful dish. Liked em so much, I ordered an extra plate for a late night snack!

Honestly the guys are so nice but the food is just awful. The bulgogi salty, the rice was drowning in soy sauce, but the kimchi was pretty good though. I also ordered an egg with my order but it never came with it. And the price is not worth, $ 10 for a box full of air? Man, I’m not going there in the future.

This place is the real deal! Bulgogi plate was tasty and the owner was super gracious! Perfect dinner at a great price.

Me and my husband found this spot accidentally. I am glad we did. It was one of the most delicious burgers i have ever had. Definitely come and try…

We were visiting Austin and on Labor Day night looking for good place to eat. Then we came across here. He said only kogi burger is available. We ordered but didn’t know that we ordered one of the best burgers I have eaten so far. 1 word AWESOME! definitely come and try here.

Ok so I need to get two things out there right off the bat. 1) Don’t waste your time eating here. 2) The three previous Unilocalers who gave this a 5 star review, I need you guys to PayPal me around $ 7 each to compensate me for my waste of money and time. So I hit up this place because it’s new and it already had 3 five star reviews. «Hot and new» Unilocal said! Technically it’s a true statement. It’s incredibly hot outside and the trailer is new. I got a bulgogi taco, the bulgogi plate, and the corndog wrapped in a curly fry. My friends got the special of the night, and Asian chicken salad and the chicken plate. We couldn’t rave about anything. My bulgogi was burned and didn’t hit me with a solid bulgogi flavor. The fried rice underneath was also forgettable and the kimchi was off. It seemed a little Americanized. The bulgogi on my girlfriend’s taco was also burned and lacking flavor. Don’t get me started on the corndog. It was too bready. I think it would have been better without the corndog coating. It should have just been a hotdog completely covered by curly fries and served with mustard and ketchup if you wish. With all the Korean inspired places around town and just good Korean food in general, there’s no need to waste your time and money here. Go to Chilantro where everything actually has some FLAVOR! Kogi Q is just low quality, uninspired food served out of a truck. There was no passion behind the food. It’s simply there as a drunk food place and it isn’t even good drunk food.

I’m from Hawai’i and am very familiar with Korean food. The bulgogi plate was awesome! Kimchi was perfectly spicy & crunchy, exactly how I like it. Make sure to ask for the cucumber kimchi, it was delicious. This is definitely on my list of favorite food trucks in Austin!

All I gotta say is their bulgogi grilled cheese is on point! Very tender and not overly spiced with hoisin sauce! If this was my last meal on death row, I’d order it in a heartbeat! Definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.
