I stopped at Bluebonnet Flea for the first time to check out the scene. I’m always a sucker for a good candle and I’ll love you forever if you have a plain lavender candle! Lights Out Candles did have the scent I was looking for and more… too bad no one acknowledged me. I was completely ignored by the two ladies busy talking in the tent as well as the other customers that walked up when I was there.
I had a few questions about your business and the candles but you seemed like you couldn’t be bothered. Instead I left without buying anything… Um, come on people, at least acknowledge your customers. That’s customer service 101 I think. I was really turned off by this.
