This is probably the worst Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to. The service is bad and the place looks filthy. I waited there for maybe 12 minutes while the cashier talked on the phone. No acknowledgment whatsoever in an empty waiting area. I was there for a Lunch Combo which should have been Hot-and-Ready but to no surprise wasn’t. After he finally got off the phone and finished talking with the crew in the back he said the wait would be 10 – 15 minutes. I said bye. Very bad service.

We have been to this location a few times in this year alone which says a lot since we just started 2016. Today my husband went back and ordered a supreme stuff crust pizza. Once it was walked out to the car, my husband instantly knew it was made to quickly. The lady that came out to the car had and attitude and rushed back inside. We will never order from here again. The crust was too thin to hold the ingredients and was sloppy. There wasn’t enough cheese in the crust and the customer service was horrible… This place needs new management and better workers!

So i went and ordered a pizza and i ended waiting over 30. I went inside to see there is no one in charge and nobody was cooking pizza and finally got my pizza. Two of the workers were the only ones doing a good job, the drive thru lady and a cashier named jose.

Called one rainy night at 9:45pm to place a pickup order and was told they closed in 20 minutes and the guy refused to take my order. Another time I went and sat outside forever waiting on my pizza because they forgot to bring it out, when I complained they insinuated it was my fault for not ordering ahead of time by phone and using their drive thru instead. Horrible customer service. Food is delicious though, love their deep dish, they never skimp on cheese with the deep dish. You can’t beat the value.

Cashier stole our debit card info and charged up $ 1000 to our account. :(

I tried this location because it was quick, easy, and I happened to be driving by as I was thinking of pizza. This location bakes commonly ordered pizzas to move out of the window. If you ask for something specific, they hew and haw and sigh. The woman at the window even tried reminding me that it takes longer, clearly preferring to hand me a pre-made pizza. I took a pepperoni instead. Inexpensive, but cold, with old, gummy crust. If I had waited, Domino’s delivers better pizza in 15 minutes. Too bad I haven’t found a good independent pizza joint close to me yet.

FYI — I received a call from a the local Little Caesars District Manager who came across my complaint online through their website. He wanted to know everything that had happened, so I passed it along. He wasn’t as professional as I expected, a bit more nonchalant and seemed humored about my experience. I felt as if he was trying to dig to see if the complaint was legitimate in an attempt to vindicate his employee. I mentioned putting my review on — a website he had heard of but never checked out. He said he was on the internet and wanted me to guide him to my review, so I did. It was like I had to provide evidence for my credibility as an unsatisfied customer. About my initial review: It turns out that lady mentioned in my complaint had lied to me — she was not the owner, but one of the Assistant Managers instead. He said he has never had complaints about her, so I told him that doesn’t mean much — — people may not escalate complaints to their website or Unilocal. He agreed, and said he would«talk to this Assistant Manager about what happened», and that was it. He was chuckling throughout our conversation which was a pure indication of his lack of professionalism and business maturity as he didn’t seem to take this seriously. He did nothing to re-earn my business back, which is why I will never give them my money again. I did find this out: this Little Caesars(9411 N. Lamar) is bundled w/the same owner(s) as the one on E. Riverside, however, the Little Caesars located next to Wal-Mart near I-35/183N(1030 Norwood Park Blvd) is a different owner, so if I ever think about going back I will definitely opt for the Norwood Park location so I can support them instead. But then again — it’s the same District Manager, so I highly doubt it.
